Customer service skills are lacking. If you are having trouble with customer service and go in for help you’re better off sticking with customer service over the phone. I was able to get my problem solved once someone took the time to actually listen to me!

I came to this location to sign up for a credit card and I had the pleasure to work with Nam Nguyen. Not only was he extremely nice and professional, very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to get set up. Overall I had a great experience! I visited a different location that same day and was not impressed.. but this chase location has great staff and will definitely recommend! Ask for Nam he is great.

It took 3 hours to open up a business account. While I understand that will take a while, this was extreme. In addition, we had a promo for the new account, and the assistant could not get it to apply. She confirmed that she would get to it but needed to help another appointment. We never got confirmation from the banker that this promo was applied, even after multiple emails and calls. They never answer their phone, and when I call the 1800 number, they state I must contact the branch. I have been banking with Chase for 20 years and this is not what I expected from them. Very disappointed.

Very frustrated with front customer service. I came in to inquire about having my name put on my son's account as legal guardian. He said I needed to have the legal guardianship paperwork and to come back then. So, I went to the courthouse to retrieve them and went back with the papers a week later. Then, the SAME front service person told me we needed to have an appointment. HE NEVER TOLD US THAT THE FIRST TIME. They should train the front assistants better. He even went to ask both the main and assistant banker which told him they would not see us without an appointment. As a company co-founder, I take time off work and drive quite a distance. I would close both our accounts, but my son's is not that much balance. It's too much hassle to change his bank and he has a documented history which I need to report annually as legal guardian with the courts. However, I will be closing my CHASE account and going where I've had a joint account with my husband at a different bank since getting married 5 years ago. I had kept my small personal CHASE account, but will no longer. Train your employees to give accurate information.

2 hours for 3 people equals 6 hours - the time it took to open a joint account for non-residents with an associated existing account. With the evolution of ChatGPT and more Fintech services with AI popping up each week, it is difficult to imagine that this type of process and time frame – even with a strenuous KYC involved, is sustainable in a digitalized world. It was especially frustrating given the fact that there are multiple associated existing accounts (i.e. credit cards, bank accounts) that the system should be able to draw from. Efficiency was disappointingly lost in the name of policy, lack of knowledge of process, and poor IT infrastructure. We could have done so much with the time.

I recently had my debit card stolen and there was $303.00 taken from my account. I reported it to the bank and I got a new debit card and they reimbursed the money in my account. At the time I thought WOW that was fast and I was very pleased, but today I was checking my account on line and the had deducted the $303 from my account. I went to the bank and they gave me the phone no. for customer service department. I called them and of course the person who answered was located in India and I could hardly understand him. I had to ask him to talk slower and finally was able to understand what he was saying. He said the card had been used in the same area that I lived in so they were not going to reimburse my money! So basically I was ripped off twice, once by the thief who stole the card in the first place and again by the THIEVES AT CHASE BANK!

As opposed to Bank of America, Chase consistently serves customers more efficiently and faster. Without fail, I can be in and out of this location in 5 minutes, regardless of the time of day. To their credit, there are almost always 2+ tellers working, and the drive through is open. Why 4 instead of 5 stars? Chase was open until 6 prior to the pandemic. They are now open only until 5. But, unlike many Bank of America and Wells Fargo locations they open at 9am as opposed to 10am. While other big banks cut hours and staff, Chase cuts the least and seems to also higher better tellers. As a result of Chase's fast and efficient service plus better hours, we have consolidated more our accounts with Chase.
