I gave Michael a call and he acted as though I had called his personal phone and that I was bothering him. He cut me off multiple times, and seemed to not even be listening to what I was saying. He comes up as glass repair and custom glass, so I thought I would ask about getting a replacement piece of glass for a pair of antique glasses that sit on a shelf. He cut me off and said go to an optometrist to get a piece of plastic. I understand if it's not in your wheelhouse, but the tone is unnecessary.

Michael Bokrosh at Bokrosh Studio is Amazing. The wing of a Murano glass Eagle, an expensive purchase from Italy, was broken while moving. Mr. Bokrosh did such an incredible job with the repairs that without the before and after photos it would be impossible to know which wing had been broken.
Mr. Bokrosh was extremely professional, easy to work with, and efficient. He went above and beyond to explain his repair process. I would highly recommend Bokrosh Studios to anyone looking to repair and/or restore any glass art sculptures. Take a look at his website of repairs and original works. It is Impressive!

Michael repaired a Murano Horse of mine. A beautiful multi colored statuette. Typical to a rearing horse it tipped over and a leg broke. The horse is a gift from my sister so of course I wanted it repaired. I tried but was unable to glue it. Micheal took it in and repaired it beautifully. You can’t even tell were it was broken. He even came up with a plan to make it more stable. His work is excellent and he was great to work with.

I have collected Steuben Glass for 50 years. Occasionally chips and deep scratches occur. One of the most valuable of my pieces suffered a major chip at the corner. It is one of a pair, so the chip really affected both pieces. I could not see how this damage could be repaired. I searched the Web for Steuben repair and found Michael Bokrosh's studio. Our conversation gave me great confidence that he would find a solution.He told me exactly how to pack the piece. A few weeks later Michael called to describe his solution, which I didn't completely understand until another few weeks, when the piece arrived. It's hard to describe what he did without a photo, but I was amazed and actually thrilled. He created matching angles that not only removed the chip, but improved the design. Without comparing it to its twin, not even a specialist could tell that it had been repaired. It looks great when placed next to its twin. Michael's work is equal to Steuben's own design and execution. His Studio probably looks a little like Steuben's. I am examining each piece in my collection to find any imperfection, any at all, to send to Michael to make as good as new. One can engage and trust Michael to erase most any flaw in a piece of crystal. He must have spent at least two days on my project. His charge was entirely reasonable. This is my first posting to thank and commend any artist or indeed any person who has done work for me. Thank you for reading this testimonial.

Michael has previously repaired pieces of Steuben glass for me including rare exhibition pieces. On this occasion he flawlessly restored an abstract depiction of yacht sails to their original condition. I would highly recommend him for his honest appraislals of the feasibility of repair, expertise in the process and logistics of transport for fragile items.

Mr. Bokrosh did an amazing job repairing a Murano glass sculpture that was damaged in shipping. I spent weeks contacting fine art restoration services, and all other places said they did not have the ability to restore the work. What’s more, Mr. Bokrosh went above and beyond in helping deal with the shipping company, which was being very difficult regarding paying out on the damage claim.

Michael just repaired a piece that my wife and I purchased in Venice. It is one of a kind and was in bad shape given that we dropped it. Michael was referred to us and we decided to send the sculpture to him. We just received it back and it absolutely looks fantastic. I called him yesterday to say many thanks and we really appreciate the commitment that it took to repair it. We highly recommend him and we were very fortunate to find someone as talented as Michael Bokrosh.

11/10/23During a move , my grandmother's American Brilliant Cut Glass dish was broken. Given that the dish is over 100 years old, I had little hope of finding someone who could repair it. Fortunately, I found Michael Bokrosh of Bokrosh Studio to do the repair. From the start, Michael recognized and respected the quality, age, and craftmanship of the piece.
