Do your research on this operation, check with Better Business Bureau and read these reviews by customers. My experience has been negative and similar as those of others. The billing practices have caused me to take other legal actions. They continue to request payment for items that have been paid for. Phone calls and letters do not correct the actions of this company. Weird operation...

They don't return phone calls, respond to Drs orders that were faxed to them or ship supplies in a timely manner. I chose them off a list provided by my doctor because it was the most convenient location for me but that was a mistake that I'm fixing. I should've checked yelp first.

I have patronized Blue Mountain Medical in Edmonds for approximately 5 years, and I have continually been disappointed by their shoddy record-keeping. A change of address took 2 years. I am routinely billed for amounts that have been paid. Telephone voice messages to Sharon go unanswered. This company has real problems. Sad.

Had to call many times just to see if I could get them to set me up an appt, don't have any machines will get some Monday, nope none on Monday. Didn't offer to setup an appt to fit me for a machine but was quick to tell me that my cost would be $1000...how would they know that if they hadn't even seen me....very shady...don't do business with these people. I wish I could give them a negative star!

I came back to replace the items they mis-shipped and they took care of everything. Now they are back in my good graces.

I agree with the first post. They sent me a dubious bill almost two years after I had seen them for services, and for which I believe that I have already paid. They will not answer or return calls about billing nor explain the services for which I was billed. Now they have charged me late fees but still will not explain the charges. I will never go back there!

Beware of doing any type of business with these folks. They will decieve you with pricing and are very deceitful in their billing operations. You may also wish to look them up with the Better Business Bureau to see other complaints, in hindsight this could have saved us quite a headache. We agreed to obtain medical equipment from them as they assured us our insurance would be paying for it and then in the end they ended up sending us numerous bills in the hundreds of dollars. I recommend you find another company as you have many choices.
