They don't return phone calls, respond to Drs orders that were faxed to them or ship supplies in a timely manner. I chose them off a list provided by my doctor because it was the most convenient location for me but that was a mistake that I'm fixing. I should've checked yelp first.

I have patronized Blue Mountain Medical in Edmonds for approximately 5 years, and I have continually been disappointed by their shoddy record-keeping. A change of address took 2 years. I am routinely billed for amounts that have been paid. Telephone voice messages to Sharon go unanswered. This company has real problems.... read full comment

I came back to replace the items they mis-shipped and they took care of everything. Now they are back in my good graces.
