Super friendly Mark made my funky laptop super fast, cleaned up the guts too...so it's like a new one...saved big $$$$ over buying new.His shop is near loads of groovy Edmonds cafes...I gave 5 stars because there aren't 10!

He made the whole process of getting my non working Windows PC working in just 4 days and he explained what he did and why in a way I could actuality understand. I highly recommend bringing your computer needs here!

Mark was great and easy to work with. I called him and he explained exactly how things would work. I dropped off my Windows computer which couldn't boot up anymore. Mark got details of what we needed done and 4 days later it was fixed! When I picked it up he had written repairs and also explained everything to me in a way I could actually understand. Mark was friendly and I recommend anyone needing computer work to come here. Mark treated me like I've been doing business with him for years and that I was a valued customer.

I recently brought my 8-year-old Dell desktop computer to A2Z Technologies for a new solid state hard drive. Before I brought in my machine, I called Mark and he thoroughly assessed my needs. He mentioned that I could have two internal hard drives: one for running applications and one for storing data. We decided to also replace my original hard drive (HDD), as it was 1 TB and I was having to compensate with three external drives for all of my data files. So, Mark replaced the original hard drive with a 4 TB HDD for data files. Mark also performed a clean-up on my computer. I’m extremely pleased with how well it now runs. His prices are extremely good and I highly recommend him.

I chose to ignore the negative reviews, as the reviews were from non-customers who had clearly never even walked into the business or spoken directly with the owner. Using Yelp to push a political agenda and is a sad, cowardly, and ignorant bullying tactic.

I first found Mark a couple of years ago when I realized my former tech shop in Seattle was out of business. He had many extremely high ratings on Checkbook.org which is my usual source for references. It was a double delight that he was local in the north end and provides easy access for customers. On my first visit, I took in my PC to have a failing hard drive replaced. He quickly replaced the drive and restored my computer to its former status. On my second visit, I had a software issue with my laptop, which he also resolved in a timely fashion. I just recommended him to a family member to have major internal upgrades applied to her PC. She was equally happy with the work he performed. I am outraged by the political and misinformed reviews that have been allowed on this site. This is supposed to be a forum for reviews of performance and expertise, not a place to spew "racist" and bigoted platitudes. Mark is nothing as they have portrayed him, judgments that were made simply by driving past the store and making leaping and invalid assessments based on ...nothing. He is everything we should support in small community businesses: fair, incredibly knowledgeable, always willing to offer advice and share his expertise. When your equipment starts acting up and the morning terrors set in, this is definitely the place to go.

If you want your laptop or computer fixed Mark Wolfe is the man for the job. Not only does has he done this for a long time, but he is very personable, honest and humorous. He will do more than what is required, look at additional aspects that need fixing and all for a reasonable flat fee of $90 for desktop and $95 for laptops. If you don't have much knowledge on tech he is also the type of person to explain everything to you patiently and even provide pictures. You can tell he cares. Wish I asked about him more because this man will go above and beyond for you.

The "all lives matter" sign in the window was enough for me to see that this is not a business I would support. And reading another review stating they don't enforce or wear marks and are racist just verifies that my instinct was correct.

I have moved away from WA to the southeast, so my elderly mother is left to deal with her computer on her own. Mark has taken a ton of extra time to help her through a phishing scam, and did a great job getting her computer clean and back up running. Couldnt recommend this business more! Thanks very much!

Owner Mark is a wonderful person kind, patient, and very knowledgeable about everything. Always helping others honest and caring. He also helps people buy computers and guides them to the best models and companies for their needs. Excellent customer service
