“I've been a US BANK customer for almost 30 years and I can honestly say that I have NEVER seen a more wonderful branch than the one in Edmonds, WA. The employees are soooo friendly, their smiles always cheer me up. Negative comments here usually come from people with lousy credit who have been turned down a loan of some type. If you are looking for a new bank in the Edmonds area, give US BANK a chance to serve you. You will never find better. TD”

“In addition to being so easy to work with, Kimberly’s entire team is amazing: friendly, efficient, and knowledgeable. At the beginning of our relationship they helped us through the “bridge loan” process that was finished top to bottom in less than 10 working days, and very inexpensive. If we were working through one of the “big 3” we probably still be waiting (headquarters are downtown, not in some east coast city).”
“I came to this location to sign up for a credit card and I had the pleasure to work with Nam Nguyen. Not only was he extremely nice and professional, very knowledgeable and gave me all the information I needed to get set up. Overall I had a great experience! I visited a different location that same day and was not impressed.. but this chase location has great staff and will definitely recommend! Ask for Nam he is great.”

“Unsure about all these bad customer service reviews.... I've had a great experience going in and banking with Chase.
I make deposits and get change for a local business a few times a week. They require an ID for change of over $100, which makes perfect sense. So ensure you do bring that with you if needed.
I've absolutely enjoyed my experience!! And I enjoy doing bank runs for work now. It's not something I was super about before, haha.
JC is one of the nicest bank tellers I've ever had the pleasure of working with. Kind and courteous and very funny too.
I am looking forward to coming in again next week.”
“I read the reviews before coming into this branch but both near me had 2 starts. I was greeted immediately by Chie Huh and asked to sit for a moment. Within 5 minutes she took me back and assisted with the specific reason i was in the branch today. I have been with my bank for 20+ years so she didn't try to sell me on switching but pointed out a better interest rate i could get on a savings account. Although i am not interested in switching it was nice to learn so i can go and get a better rate from my bank.This was a very nice experience and Chie was able to assist me in about 20 minutes. I recommend this branch but understand it is a smaller branch servicing a small community so can get busy at peak hours.Very friendly and clean environment.”
