I needed a storage unit in like 6 days. The girls helped me pin down the size I need and showed me their offerings. Helped so much. They explained how the door closure timers work so my move will hopefully be successful. And they also the polite, cute, and, professional.

Very good presentation of the options for storage units. Clean and modern facility. Opted for the indoor storage since we have so many boxes of retention that is a lot of paper.

Not only was staff well mannered and very helpful but was quite detailed in there job with superior communication skill to leave no stone unturned.So, the Property Manager Jordan was spectacularly incredible at her job and her communication skills and made very comfortable and the feeling all my property is in hands...Blessed

Wanted to give them more but unfortunately I can’t. Finally moved into a home and didn’t need storage anymore so I wanted to take my stuff out and it was the 1st of the month and they told me I had to pay for a whole full month and I can’t even pay for half the month so my storage will be empty for a full month and I will be paying for it for no reason which made me pretty upset. I’ve been on time with every payment and had no problems with them at all so I thought they can work with me a little bit but all they cared about was the money..

Started several yrs ago after i had a unit at Public Stg..3624 Auburn Wy N. Where i watched rats run up and down the driveways penetrating everyones unit and destroying personal properties all throughout the facility and an office that used a clause in the contract that actually said"not responsiblefor vermon or damage from"I got the hell out of there and found a breath of fresh air at this location. I give u 20 starz on that bailout because my belief was at that point to expect that across the board an lost hope in all of mankind lol .So.................... And i ripped apart everything i had to mk sure i didnt bring nuthin with me by the way .I rented here several yrs ago with no probs. Gone for a yr rented again.... npSo nice facility nice office people. Good to go. Pls dont screw it up k .lol

We needed a storage space for a lot of our things and we decided to check this place out. We filled out an application online and it was pretty easy.They showed us a few units and we picked one that worked for us, but last minute we decided to get a bigger one and they helped us find one with no problems.This place is gated, it’s always clean, and the interior is very clean and smells clean. Definitely worth the price for such a good storage place!

First time needing a storage space and wasn't satisfied with any that I looked up. . Then today , this facility popped up so I looked into it .. and WOW .. BEST DRSL FOR A 5X5 . BEATS ALL THE OTHERS and the customer service was the best . A great place to store any thing . Heated units , trolly for loading and unloading , huge elevator and Soo clean. From the outside to the units . Would recommend 10/ 10. Thanks Jordan for a positive experience in a stressful time .
