By far the most helpful person! His name was Gene, and he was so knowledgeable, explained what I need to get the correct parts. Went to 3 other places before here, big mistake. He was very nice compared to all the other people at the various places I went. Will 100% without a doubt drive up to this location over another store with in walking distance. Thanks for the help!

Usually they have what I need. Unfortunately when I really needed a 13mm socket and some grease to put my vehicle back on the road, they closed 5 min early. Now I’m unsure how I’m getting to work tomorrow morning (hour drive).

Ryan was really informative, efficient and friendly! One of my headlights and fog lights went out and he helped me find the right part for my vehicle and understand what was best for my car and why. He even helped me install it quickly on the spot so I could get safely back on the road without getting a ticket! Great service all around, I will be going here in the future for all my auto needs!

I bought a trailer adapter and found that I did not need it. Someone had stolen the card that I bought the item on and so therefore when I went to return it obviously I could not put it back onto the card. The O'Reilly's in Fife give me a bunch of grief the manager no less said they couldn't do it it was a high theft store he couldn't override it in order to give me cash back which I felt had nothing to do with me I had the receipt proof of purchase my ID to match the name on the receipt and when they looked at my phone number they also found the item on my purchases still would not budge. I went to the O'Reilly's up the road in Edgewood and the assistant manager Mike was more than pleasant gave me no qualms about it at all said it was clear that I was the one that bought it and saw no reason not to override it to give me cash back for $27 and some change I couldn't have been happier as I needed gas to get to work thank you so much Edgewood O'Reilly's you guys are awesome!!!!!

My twin sister and i are here at O'Reilly Auto parts to get a battery because I just bought a car and the battery is shot. The 2 little boys working said they couldn't help change it because it has a cross bar over the top and that makes it harder to change. So my self and my twin sister ended up Changing the battery ourselves in their parking lot after buying the battery next door from their competitors AutoZone. Shout out to Autozone for being so helpful and having the same battery for half the price!!
