“I didn’t actually have the opportunity to use Cooper’s for a repair, however Scott was extremely helpful. My daughter and I drove in with a used vehicle from a car lot to see if we could have them do a pre-purchase check. They did not have time for us until the next day, and that didn’t work for us, but Scott was able to look at the transmission to tell us it was definitely not new, as the car lot had stated. Bullet dodged! He took the time to answer questions we had about a potential vehicle, and steered us in the right direction. Even though I live in Olympia, I will look to Cooper’s for my next repair needs.”

“I was long overdue for an oil change and I prefer to do it myself because of past negative experiences with getting the service done by shops. I kept putting it off but my suv needed it badly so I Googled “oil change near me” and Jiffy Lube (Fife) listed first.I was greeted immediately by Austin. There were a couple other vehicles being worked on and he relayed that it would be a short wait. It was very refreshing to have a tech talk me through the service and suggesting other maintenance services rather than talk down to me or be condescending. The experience was so positive all around that I feel confident in having this shop handle whatever services I need in the future. I appreciate the above-and-beyond service that I received from Austin and appreciate his communication skills.The shop itself was neat and inviting. I highly recommend this shop to all!As I read through the comments, Mr. Ford has it ever crossed your mind that a surprise may not be a thing when you’re ripping some thing apart trying to diagnose it? Also when a place is as busy as this one because of treating customers like family and going the extra mile time and time again and do you not think schedules fill up or do you assume they should build a skyscraper off the side of the shop hire employees pay more taxes just to accommodate your car? Hardly worth a one star review and reading that was shameful especially when the company nor any of its employees did anything wrong. You are trying to affect the livelihood of an entire group of people and for what? Being a spoiled brat”

“Had my Tundra looked at regarding a bad rear axle that needed to be completely replaced. Melinda Was very helpful pricing out every part needed. She didn’t Overcharge on any of the parts. Very professional, and upfront with me which I appreciate very much. I was also impressed and very happy when I asked if it was possible to have my Flowmaster Series 10 muffler and exhaust installed and what the price would be. She ended up having the mechanic install it free of charge! Truck rides great now and the new exhaust sounds amazing. It’s like I have a new truck and I owe it All to Austin Pro Max. They went above and beyond, and have definitely earned my business in the future.”

“They’re above and beyond all other mechanics in Seattle area not just in kent or Renton. I moved from NY to PNW in 2013 , had to try few different auto repair shops before finding them . I owned Lexus, Honda , Mitsubishi and Volkswagen cars/SUVs over last 10 year period and they have provided quality work on all of them . They’re not expensive and not cheap , they won’t rip you off . I’ll say they’re very reasonable and have solved all my car problems and take full responsibility of their work. “Took my 91 firebird down for a tuneup an a oil leak, they did a awsome job on the leak way more than i would of expected from most shops and even found the steering leak i didnt know i had. and as for the tune up didnt even need one just a few plugs not gapped correctly. even looked like they cleaned all the leakage i had off from the bad oil seal. will definitly be back for some of the other work i need done on this carService: General repairs & maintenance”
