I spent 3 days prior going to them looking for a vehicle and as soon as I walked onto the lot it was nothing but amazing vehicles and amazing people. Scheduled an appointment with Mo. Showed up on time but the car was out being driven by some one else. We wasted our time, Mo wasn’t professional, he kept interrupting us and had horrible customer service. We have $37k in hand but will take out business elsewhere and I suggest anybody reading this review should do the same. This place is janky

We love the 2018 4Runner Limited we bought from Austin's Auto. Working with TJ was very pleasant and the other staff we encountered were friendly as well. We did not use their financing option and had a loan from our bank instead so I can't speak to their financing process. Thanks again, TJ.

Customer service was good, but when it came to buying a vehicle, they let me take it home saying I was approved, and a week later, I got a call to bring it back to return it. They return all of my down payment without question.
