BE CAREFUL. BROKEN PRODUCTS. ARBITRARY RETURN POLICY.I purchased a vape and it was defective and dirty. Never had an issue before. But because I didn't test it before leaving(I went out to my car in full view of anyone in the store) they refused to remedy the situation. It's a shame because the clerk was a sweetheart and it's the only decent smoke shop in town.

Cheapest place to buy tubes. Friendly service. Decent prices on all items. The beverage coolers keep the drinks exceptionally cold making it the best place to buy beer on a hot summer day.

I’ve been Buying a vape once or twice a week from here for the past 6 months. Wouldn’t let me exchange a vape that was burnt with my prof of payment. Lady was super rude and just said no without any question or any explanation. The young guy that was working I think wanted to help but his “manager” wanted to save the $26 but she lost a customer. Won’t be returning!

Spent $28 on a vape and it was burnt and they wouldn’t exchange for one that worked. Shopped there for year now never again.

Go here daily, The owners are very nice! They have pretty much everything you could want from a convenience/smoke shop. Price are competitive but I like helping small businesses. Jackson location isn't always as nice but they have gasoline.

Honestly the best easy to go quick stop store that's near.Plus they have good selection, for the people complaining about theirpuffs or smokes im pretty sure its not the owner's fault. He also purchases them and some come out faulty, i bought one and it was leaking.The man switched it for it with no problem! Def coming back
