Everyone is always kind and attentive I’ve at this location. My packages are always scanned in a timely manner when dropped in the drop boxes.

There's a lot of negativity about the Eatonville post office. I'd like to point out that "Grumpy Pants" (as we called him, I think his name is Don) has retired, so his rudeness, unfriendliness, and scowling looks are no longer there. Paula has always been friendly, courteous, professional, and a joy to work with. The new Post Master (I don't know his name) is a ray of sunshine who greets you with a friendly smile, actually talks and jokes with you, and makes it a pleasure to be waited in by him. There's the occasional mix up, but overall we're very satisfied with the people we interact with there. I cannot speak of the mail carriers as we pick our mail up in town, although I know that Brenda Waters is one of the best. Let's hear some positive about our local post office instead of the usual negativeness.

Not only are the mail carriers rude, but they usually speed in and out of the col-de-sac. The newest carrier likes the blast music as loud as it goes and leaves all the windows and her door open while she fills the mailboxes. Another thing to note is the post master is equally as rude and completely ignores every complaint that comes into the office. Never answers the office phone as well.

I have also encountered the extremely rude man that works at the counter. I had a package to pickup, addressed to me, same address & name on my driver's license, he insisted that I provide the pickup slip or he wouldn't allow me to get my own package! He did, being completely rude & frustrated with me, only this 1 time & I had to fill out a pickup slip that was just like the slip left notifying me with my mail that I had a package to pickup. One of the worst things about the Eatonville post office, they are not open Saturdays! VERY INCONVENIENT, especially when you work mon-fri.

I rarely get a package delivered. Even when I am in the front yard the mail person leaves a note in my box saying, "Sorry we missed you". Other delivery drivers (UPS, FED X) have no problem delivering packages to our address, just the post office.

Horrible. I don't even know how this place has 1.9 stars. Rude, horrible time management, slower than pigeon mail and would not recommend. If I could do half a star just because at some point I do I get my mail

Never met anyone as visibly miserable with life than the man at the counter who I met with a cheerful hello and how are you before him responding and asking what I needed with frustrated hand gestures. When I said I needed to pick up for my parent who has no vehicle and keeps receiving slips saying “sorry we missed you” or “package to big for mail box” though parent was home and mailbox is huge, he was just soooooooo rude. Told me he can’t give me her packages for a handful of reasons, but oh wait- THIS ONE TIME- he could. And I asked how to fix the problem with her delivery and he said not here, so I asked where and he said get ahold of the post master. And then he scoffed and said I won’t get through cause the phone lines are busy and what not….I basically warned everyone in the lobby as I walked out on how unnecessarily rude the man was and some laughed saying it’s usual, and another lady who just moved into town and was visiting the post office for the first time stopped me at my car and was shocked with how unbelievably rude and unkind he was to her as well.So -10/10 experience.

Mail carrier didn't even load my package onto the truck. Wrote a note instead saying failed to deliver (note I was at work and my grandma is at home) claims she can't get in and out of the drive way. UPS and Amazon does it just fine. Also carrier continues to throw packages that don't fit in the mailbox onto the ground near the box instead of delivering properly.

This is the worst experience with a post office I’ve ever had. Our mail carrier will not deliver packages to us. We moved in about a month ago, filled out the rural package delivery card, and have a clearly visible sign hanging that says to leave packages. They just zoom right past our house. I have seen them stop once. They waited about 30 seconds I made it out the front door and they sped away. Yesterday, I had to run out in the road and get in front of them to have them stop after they went to the mailboxes and they said “Oh, I have 3 for you today!” It’s so frustrating. I have always had very positive experiences with USPS before this. Trying to not order from anywhere that uses them now, but some places don’t say up front what carrier they use.

I've lived next to this post office/Eatonville for 7 years. I've heard from mutiple people that packages are deleayed alot when shipped with them and I definitely have to agree. About 3 years ago, I got my own debit card so I started ordering things. From the last 3 years USPS is the only people I've had a problem with delivering packages. Every other company gets it to me day of, day before or not late at all. I've had multiple packages these last few days not get to me where I have to refund them because "there was a problem getting on your road" There shouldn't be, Amazon, usps etc have all never had a problem. Drive around the sign like the instructions say. Thanks for your time. Good day :))

Waited all day at my house for this package and it was too big for the mail box so they decided to leave a note because they where too lazy to drive down to the house and I cannot find a phone number to call. I drove around looking for them and couldn’t find them.

They do the best they can with what they got, there are mistakes but I also feel the workers don't have what they need to do their job and are under staffed so I try to cut them some slack with that said I am disappointed they cut saturday morning pickups
