When you purchase items that are in the warehouse, you just drive through the warehouse, and the very nice people put your purchase into your vehicle and off you go.

If this rating was for the outside Staff that helps with the hay, I would rate five stars; however, if I was able to give a -5 stars I would based on my experience with the inside staff. Their policies and procedures are inconsistent and they change putting up barriers for me personally but they apply differently to other people. I know this firsthand because a Caucasian gentleman told me they don't apply that to him; and, it didn't apply to me until I came in the store and they saw the color of my skin. More than once I ran into issues and inconsistencies. Even another person that was with me noticed the change and inconsistency and she to felt it may have been driven by the color of my skin! The inside lacks customer service & too wrapped up in their inconsistent guidelines. They reprimand the outside staff unnecessarily when they are the ones at fault. This comes from an HR and Attorney perspective!

Great selection of somewhat overpriced merchandise. Feed prices were good, the establishment was clean and well stocked. Staff was friendly and knowledgeable.

This place was stocked better than I expected judging from my drive bys. The best part was how incredibly welcoming and friendly they were! We will make it a choice now to start doing business with them because they treat you very personably.
