My dog got a fishing treble hook in his chest two of the hooks were stuck. His regular vet is foothills vet in buckley and I called and they wouldn't see him referred me to an Urgent Care So driving through Eatonville I walked into the vet Dr Best and he personally came and looked at took care of the whole thing in less than an hour. Super nice staff. Dr Best took the time to take care of my dog and didn't make us feel like a burden. Thank you to Dr Best and the staff for your kindness.

Took my 7 yr old Rottweiler in for her annual check. I arrived 15 minutes early for our appointment checked in and was told it would be about 10-15 mins. After 30 mins I asked how much longer since I also had another appointment to get to and after 50mins passed we were finally called into the exam room. The tech came in asked questions then left. The vet came in about 10 mins later looked her over asked more questions and left the room. At this point I was already late for my other appointment. The fact that we had to wait around for the vet was ridiculous. My dog was nervous and I was very upset with the new vets bed side manners. I will never go back and will not recommend the clinic to anyone.

Took advantage of me sending my step son there. Wanted an X-ray done only. They sedated my dog which was not necessary from my experience he had had many X-rays due to his previous injurys. Charged for lab draws. Not needed. All I wanted to know is if a screw had moved that had come loose but unfortunately the bill is up over $500 I recommend if you have to go there to go yourself and not send somebody else the X-ray is only $155 office visit $68 you do the math.

I've taken both my cats to Dr. Best and could not be happier with their care. Sarge lived 16 years despite a multitude of illnesses and Private Judy Benjamin, who is 18-yrs old, is still with me but is sick. I've been forced to take her to another vet as she is in California with me. The vet I took her to seems to be very competent but it takes time to build the kind of trust I have in Dr. Best.

I brought my 13-year-old blind and deaf Chihuahua in for a check-up and to have her teeth examined for deep cleaning, and I knew a few needed to be pulled. Doctor Best told me her canines looked good, and she had some bad teeth, but her teeth had improved since the last visit due to us applying spray on them after every feeding. After the appt to have her teeth deep cleaned and some of the bad ones pulled, my poor dog left with no teeth, except one that Dr. Best said, "It looked like it was going to be a real bugger" so he didn't pull it. $1,044.00 later, My poor dog was violated, and I was ripped off. The more disturbing part is no one called me to ask if I was okay with them pulling ALL but one of her teeth (including the good ones) and if I could afford the cost and was okay with going forward with the procedure. Not everyone has $1,000 in their back pocket to fork over to the vet and I would have only allowed them to pull the bad teeth. I'm disgusted by how he did business and will NEVER bring another pet to that place again. Their lack of integrity was unreal.

Dr. Best is really the best. He was recommended by the breeder of my puppy. Now after almost 3 years of visits, I rate each and one of them with 5 stars. Always available and helpful.

So many hidden fees! So I've been here 4 times and each time the cost is crazy. Today is the last. took my male aussie for his 3 yr shots. Also my 9 week old puppy who's been seen before for shots. Both have been seen and charged exam fees. So why am I charged again for exam fees? For both! And deworming for my puppy who's been dewormed and doesnt have worms. So I paid $298 for 2 dogs. I'm pissed. It's like an f you for trying to help small businesses. Guess I'm going to value pet clinic.

I have been to this clinic numerous times and what I have learned is that they are running an unethical business. From my experience as well as experiences from others throughout the community, they will raise the price of standard services siting additional health concerns. Your cat had heart palpitations during the surgery, your dog was in heat during the spay, your dog required an additional associate during a nail trim..the list goes on. Doubling or tripling quoted prices after the fact. The office staff are combative when confronted on price gouging and are unprofessional even erratic. The vet is elderly and operates his office in an unprofessional manner not willing to consider the appeal of the customer. Save yourself the hassle and don't do business with Eatonville veterinary clinic. The facilities are filthy and the staff is unfriendly and the quality of care is sub par. My dog was spayed and returned home with an open wound with not enough sutures. There was no one to contact over the weekend and I could see into her incision.

It's in his name! Dr Best is truly the best! His staff is on the ball and I trust him with any of my pets. His honest evaluations are always appreciated. I never feel like he's trying to oversell me like I do at many nearby clinics. He'll always recommend what he believes is in the best interest in each individual client. I will always recommend Dr Best and his clinic!
