Wonderful locally owned pharmacy. I’ve been sorting out an insurance issue and got really frustrated at one point. The pharmacist is very kind and patient- he talked me through how my different insurance options work and helped me sort everything out. I really appreciate them and how hard they work to take care of their customers/patients.

Not impressed with service, poor quality, question integrity. Appears to be unorganized and very cluttered behind counter. Subpar customer service. Strike three! Moving back to original pharmacy.

Been here in Wenatchee for about 4yrs now and I love this pharmacy. The pharmacist really cares and takes the time to get to know people, I haven't been here in about 6 months and when I called and said my name he absolutely still remembered me. I love this small mom and pop type of pharmacy they are so over the top helpful and caring. I would recommend this pharmacy to everyone I know. Nowhere is better in this town. Thanks y'all ?

If you have a time sensitive medication stay away from this pharmacy their communication is either horrible or they just can’t comprehend time sensitive medication.

I've recommended this place to people in the past, but things seem to have changed a bit recently.One example: yesterday the pharmacy told me to contact my doctor to have my prescription changed to what they had in stock in order to fill it. Today a different person told me they didn't have what I was told to change to, and that they hadn't "for a while." Questions about the discrepancy and what I should do next were met with silence.I appreciate that it's complicated coordinating everything, and most things have gone great in the past with them. Recently communication has become confusing and difficult. I'm hoping it's just because they're short-staffed and things improve so they're easy to recommend to people again.UPDATE: They seem to have resolved their issues and things are seamless again!

One star is even too many for this place. I wanted to try a local pharmacy so I had my Dr. send one of my prescriptions to this pharmacy. When I picked it up and as i was paying for it the pharmacist/owner came to the pick up window and bluntly told me that if I didn't get ALL my prescriptions from him that I couldn't go there. He even included a "warning" that if his store was low on my medication, he would serve his other customers first and that I might not get my medication! I found this to be entirely shocking and I've never been treated this way at any other pharmacy! My other prescriptions are set up for my 3 month mail-in insurance plan and I do not want to change that as they are a bit cheaper. I see that some reviews are good for this place and then some are really bad. Perhaps he just picks who his favorites are...? It doesn't make sense!

This is a great pharmacy. I had a problem with one of the big name stores saying my insurance wasn't any good anymore and these guys had my prescription ready by closing time. Drop the big guys and start going with these guys. They're on your side.

The owner Harry, is a liar. He continually told me different reasons for why my meds need to be changed or why they were problematic. Then today he actually blamed it on the pharmacist not being comfortable with filling it. I asked to speak with the pharmacist and he just stood behind the counter. The kid looks like he can’t be older than 18 years of age. The amount of stress Harry, his disrespectful wife and staff have caused me is inexcusable. Take your business anywhere else please. Do not support this family owned pharmacy. They set arbitrary limits because they are more afraid of regulators then meeting patient needs.

Harry the owner is a liar. I have had issues from the very beginning with them filling controlled medication. Which I have been on for chronic pain most of my adult life. I am on a low very manageable amount and every month I have to deal with some new issue when it comes to filling it. This month the pharmacist said the quantity was higher than he was comfortable with. I told him it's so much less than I have ever taken in the past. He can even look at my records. Then he wanted to know more about my diagnoses. I told him that we have already been through this, he has already spoken to my physician and I didn't want to answer any more private questions. I went in after and spoke to the owner and he supported his pharmacist decision. I showed him my many scars from a gangrenous skin condition, how my hands are red and swollen and painful from arthritis. I asked what else do you want to see? Just because I put make up on doesn't mean I'm not in pain. I told him I've never had to go in and prove myself to pick up prescriptions. I told him I would move everything to a different pharmacy and he was more than happy when I told him that. I am so utterly and completely disgusted by their behavior. I gave them way too many chances because they are the same background as part of my family. I don't care about that anymore, they are not honest people!

I can’t tell enough people how amazing these guys and gals are! I send everyone I can their way. I make a special point to mention when I’m at the Dr or with clients. I look forward to going in. They are friendly, fast and knowledgeable…. they know what I need. They make suggestions and they put effort in to what they do… The people at this pharmacy take the time to get to know me and it makes me feel appreciated. It means a lot to be treated with respect and care. If more places in the world were run like this, our world would be a better place.
