Submitted a couple online banners. Said they’d be done by 8:29 pm. When I arrived at 8:45 pm they hadn’t started on them. Two people working the store with literally no one in there. They told me it would take 15 minutes. 45 minutes later here I stand still waiting. One of the workers felt the need to start singing an original (from what I can tell) song while I wait. Accidents happen but show a little urgency. Poor customer service. Lack of concern for sure.

was in a hurry with picking up kids and needed to drop a "pre-paid" label item for Fed-ExI saw a long line and told the young woman I needed to simply drop off and can I hand it to her and she tells me sternly, "You have to wait your turn in line"These employees need common sense as I stood in line 10 minutes and handed her the small packageCustomer service means having a brain and using it. Multi-tasking to suit peoples needs takes a second and it is not rude to grab a package while helping someone else!

My first experience with this Walgreens. Dropped off a prescription on Friday to be transferred from another pharmacy. Was told it should be ready on Monday. One week later I haven’t heard a word. Went in and was told there was no prescription ready, and no record of the transfer request. I will be looking for a different pharmacy with better customer service.

The beauty consultants are very friendly but the cashiers in front have terrible service, they think they own the stores and I was told that they don't want to sell the product, very bad service, not to mention terrible ?

Walgreens is my one stop shopping place. Walgreens has great house brand items, name brand items at great everyday prices plus you gain points with your purchases and redeem on your next visit or build the points up, either way it's a great motivation to shop for all your kitchen, bathroom items?

Recently had a prescription filled before Christmas. They only gave me 5 pills out of 90. I was leaving town for the holidays and told them 5 wasn’t enough. They said there was nothing they could do. They filled the prescription while I was out of town. When I got back into town to pick it up, they had given the prescription to someone else. So I’m still in the same boat. I need this prescription that is never in stock. Horrible service. Staff doesn’t care if you get your medication. Wish there was better options for pharmacy’s here.

If you need your prescription any time soon than go somewhere else! Understaffed & overworked employees ! I feel sorry for them. It is clearly a management problem.

This place has no clue how to do prescriptions they've cut their hours. They're one of the only places left that will fill a prescription in town and you get to sit here for 30 minutes in a pick up line in your car to pick up a prescription and it's not any better to go inside because there's at least 12 people standing inside waiting to pick up prescriptions and the people that are helping folks to do this barely speak English and move at the same pace as a f****** two toed sloth. They even have three toes at this place

They are really great employees there. Yes some there are not nice and very customer. Friendly, but the good ones make up for it. The pharmacy is trying the best they can. They are very understaffed and same with the store so whoever rags on them needs to understand that whoever doesn’t have a job need to get jobs. In fact, I feel bad for all companies!

This pharmacy is a hot mess. I put my prescription on auto renewal and I don’t get the texts/phone calls a week or so before I am out that I have a prescription waiting for me to pick up. Each month I have to call them and say “hey what’s up with this?” I get responses anywhere from “oh I don’t know what happened” to “it’s because it is a 40 year old computer and runs on das”. And when they do fill it, it’s a partial, and I have to go back 2x to get my monthly pets option. I would think a system like this would help them stay on track and assist them in knowing how much of each medicine to have in stock. Very disappointed in the professionalism in this pharmacy. And, there parking lot is full of garbage and cigarette butts!!! Yay!
