I came in on Friday the 19th to see if I could get my car looked at because I thought it needed a new battery but I was told it would be 1 month before I could get an appointment and that I should go somewhere else. The next time I buy a new car it won't be from Nissan and if anyone asks I will tell them to go somewhere else as I intend to do. Their service department sucks.

My tech was Chris in the service department . He helped me so much! I came in the shop with a certain amount of money and was able to work with the money I had. Thank you for being understand and patient with me. I will refer anyone I know to Town Nissan North.

The shop manager and their crew have been phenomenal. I’ve been into the shop several times getting work done on my personal vehicle and my company vehicle. They seem to care if I’m happy with the repairs I got done. When I need an oil change they always find a time slot, no matter how busy they are. Keep in mind I drive 1,500 miles a week on average. I don’t have time to wait two weeks or three weeks for an oil change appointment. They understand that and they make room for me so I can get my oil changed done immediately. This is just one of several examples that the crew has done for me. So I wanted to give him a shout out and let them know that I appreciate them. Keep up the good work!

First time visit to Town Nissan for service dept. First oil change service for our new truck. Very pleased with the visit. I live 2hrs.away from the dealership. Having a good visit is important while coming so far.

I have never had such an overwhelmingly positive experience at a dealership. My old cars transmission went out out of nowhere and I felt so crushed because I wasn’t sure I would have any options beside paying the cost to fix it which was near the cost I still owed on my car, which really wouldn’t have been worth it. Josiah helped me find a car that fits into my lifestyle perfectly and worked with Liz to help me find the best possible cost for my monthly payments. They also helped absorb the loan I still owed. Josiah was so patient with my questions and helped me fully understand the Sentra I was looking at, and Liz went over every inch of the contracts I was signing to make sure I fully understood them. Fabian then helped me get my car ready to drive off the lot. Thank you for everything and I am so happy with my decision. If anyone needs help with getting a new car I highly recommend stopping by Nissan. You will be so happy you did. Thank you Josiah, Liz and Fabian! You guys are amazing.

“Everyone make mistake”. I get it, we all do, but used it as an excuse?My uncle who doesn’t speak any English get oil change here regularly, and the technician did not tightened or torque the oil drain nut, it started dripping all over the places, it’s not noticeable until nut get looser during engine driven and vibration. Then he call me up and I go underneath and notice the issue. He’s without car for days cause he’s afraid car gonna die on him. I went to dealer and ask for service manger to talk about the issue. Here’s the reason I want to give the negative feedback, first, the manager never once apologized for the issue, matter of fact he’s very offensive and start making excuses for the mistakes.second he never offer any kind of compensation for my uncle issues. He did call his technician go with me to my house to topped off the oil( technician is wonderful guy,did a good job cleaning up the dripping oil too). I trust the dealer because I assume they know their car better than other and doing a better job . I think the ownership need to do a better job training their so call manager to be more professional.,your higher position don’t give you more rights. It’s not that difficult to apologize.
