Walked into an empty store with clerk on her phone. I asked for our propane to ve filled. The store manager Esteban and clerk Haylee were in the middle of their "business" and would not fill our propane until another clerk came onto work. 25 minutes.. I would have given zero stars if I could.

Nice people, this is where I stop to top off my diesel truck before heading out camping. Diesel pumps around back. I usually call ahead to make sure they have diesel.

The place was not outdated like some gas stations are. Overall, I believe it is the only Shell near there and it is a good place for getting gas (decent price, too)

They have scoop ice cream for $3.09 for cup and $3.49 for waffle cone 1 scoop that was really good. We were craving icecream and this was a great option. The people working were a bit odd and we had to go track someone down to help us. We did not get gas so I cannot speak to that.

No diesel fuel pumps! Even though google maps shows diesel and Shell’s own Fuel Rewards app shows diesel, it’s not there and no more Shell stations with diesel on US2/97 for many miles.

I have medical reasons why I can't wear a mask and even voiced those reasons and the lady tried saying it doesnt matter, that she can refuse service to me which is a hippa violation! Another female worker in there actually served me and was great! Wish I would of caught her name cause if she's not a manager she should be cause she handled it appropriately.

I cannot believe an “owner” would condone the action of it’s employees discriminating against its customers, but they did 4/20 10:45 AM medical discriminated against my spouse over not wearing a mask!

Stopped in to gas up and buy food Pumps didn't work so went inside to find 3 cashiers yelling out totals for gas and acting like they didn't know what end was up Later I found I was charged for someone elses gas due to some young arrogant kid who said he was new on the job and got angry with some people ahead of me messing up my pump amount/number Good thing Mastercard took the extra charge off on dispute! Employees were pretty rude about it when I called to let them know Next time I will stick with Fred Meyer to gas up in Wenatchee
