“Our first visit was fantastic. Upon entering the store we were greeted by Efrain and Joseph. They were attending to customers and when they were available they helped us out. We had a not easy process getting us off one of our families account so we could establish our own account. They were patient and very professional. We went to leave to dine out while the process of changing our accounts so we could have our own family plan. We came back an hour later and we decided to update one of our phones to the IPhone 15 ProMax. They were so helpful in transferring data from our old phone the new IPhone. Efrain and Joseph no matter how long and tedious the process were wonderful. T-Mobile has a wonderful duo that have great salesmanship and technical expertise and support. If we need any help in the future T-Mobile in the East Wenatchee location will be first store to go for service. Thank you Efrain and Joseph for all your hardworking and effort. We can tell you take great pride in what you do and you care about your customers.”
