Very professional atmosphere. The sales associate allowed me to browse a bit before approaching to ask questions. I didn’t feel that normal “attack” to make the sale. Very knowledgeable, helpful yet not pushy.

This was our second time in Mattress Firm and we had a pretty good idea of what we wanted to purchase, but we ended up leaving with something even better. Juliana was kind and helpful though the entire process and answered my husbands bajillion questions with patience and expertise. She made the financing option easy peasy and we left feeling like we really understood everything. The mattress arrived when it was supposed to, and pick up was a breeze. We would recommend Mattress Firm to anyone, especially if you’re looking for Tempur-Pedic.
