If you have a Volvo and live in the Wenatchee valley, this is the place to take it. I live in Wenatchee and used to go to a more conveniently located shop in Wenatchee, but have now switched. A problem that another shop recommended I get a whole new engine for Erik's was able to diagnose, explain, and successfully fix, for about half the cost. They took the time to explain the issue clearly to me -- the root cause, the fix, and how to avoid it in the future -- and I could tell they knew what they were talking about and legitimately cared about my car, and about doing quality work.

The prices are very manageable, they fixed the front end stabilizer bars and bushings the car ride is smooth now

I took my car to them because it kept turning off and the fan wouldn't turn on. After having my car in the shop, they told me that the timing belt needed to be changed, they didn't solve the problem. It kept going off after a month. My car started to skip time. Because they didn't tighten a screw, they weren't responsible.

This was our first experience with Erik's. We took our new-to-us Eurovan in to get a few things diagnosed/repaired and they did an inspection, finding some other issues that needed attention. It took a couple of weeks because they had to order parts, but once the parts came in they got things done very quickly. We were able to get the van back just in time for a scheduled camping trip and it ran perfectly.
The service was spendy, but they do great work. I appreciate that they have us in their system, now, for recommended service notifications.

We have towed vehicles to Erik’s all the way from Chelan, simply because of the trust the shop has built with us. There are two mechanics in our family… and yet we still trust Erik’s European to diagnose things so much to transport cars to their shop over asking family. That truly says so much about their workmanship and customer service.

We were stranded on a long weekend getaway when our alternator decided to quit unexpectedly. Erik's automotive fit us in last second on a federal holiday and got us ready to return safely home the very same day. We are so very grateful!

My experience with Erik’s European has been nothing less than outstanding. I have taken my Mini Cooper to them twice now for repairs and I’m definitely going to be going back for regular maintenance. The staff was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. The service writer that helped me even cleaned the snow off of my car as I had just had surgery the day before. I highly recommend Erik’s over any other European repair shops I’ve been to!
