My car was damaged from being hit while it was parked in front of my house, and did a great job repairing it! It took a little while because he doesn’t have nearly enough help there, but it looks as good as new. This is a great shop to go to.

Had a great experience with the repair of the front bumper of my vehicle. Timeliness of the repair was as expected. You can't tell there were any repairs performed. The paint job matches perfectly. I recommend this body shop.

They squeezed me in, and I had my driver window regulator ordered and replaced within a couple days. They took extra time to straighten the track in the frame and did a great job at a fair price. Great customer service.Service: Body & Trim

Isidro is amazing! He put in a lot of work trying to find what was wrong, and his price was more than fair. Any other place would have been 5x as much and not near as personable. Super nice guy and he even took pictures of everything and walked me through what was done, I will be giving him all my work in the future.Service: Electrical

Harmon has always taken care of me and made sure my needs have been met. He was there for me after my car accident, had my vehicle towed from the tow yard to his place, payed the fees and kept it there with him till the insurance company settled the claim. Hence he was paid back. I have known him since 2004. I would not trust my vehicle with anyone else. He always treats me with respect, never talks down to me and always thoroughly explains anything I don't understand. He has been there to help my son with his vehicle fixes as well! Truly one of a kind Harmon and his crew are!

Nicest people ever! I’m ashamed to say I didn’t get the names of the folks I worked with there, but they were incredibly nice. I had a fluke where my drivers door wouldn’t shut so I had to drive with one hand while holding it shut with the other. I went to a mechanic initially and they called Ford who referred me to these guys. I’m so glad they did because they were so sweet. As it turns out, I had some things stored in the door handle cubby it was interfering with the ability to close the door. ? Talk about user error. But these guys from wonderful didn’t make me feel silly and didn’t charge me for their time! Thank you so much you were a stranger in a strange land and I am so grateful !

I would like to give a shout out to Eastmont Body Shop for fixing the wiring leading to my trunk lid for free. I had thought that my middle brake light needed replacing and got one from EZ Auto Wrecking. I asked Eastmont Body Shop for help making the swap and they quickly realized that the problem was broken wiring rather than the light. They had me come back after lunch and did a nice careful job fixing it for free. I was able to return the part to EZ for a refund minus a small restocking fee. Since I live in the Upper Valley I still have loyalty to Mission Creek Auto Body but if you live in Wenatchee or East Wenatchee I highly recommend you check out this service. There's a reason they have a great rating: they have earned it.Service: Electrical

I have been to Eastmont Body shop at least a couple of times. Harmon is always upbeat and fair. These guys do an excellent job in the painting department and also customer service department. I would never go anywhere else.
