The atm genuinely never works. i like this bank and the people who work here, but i need to use the atm frequently and im never able to due to it never functioning properly i cant even remember the last time I've even been able to deposit cash.

Here I am, one state away from home waiting for your branch to open because here in Wenatchee, You only allow $800 withdrawals from an atm. That is the dumbest thing I’ve ever heard. I can’t even pull enough to make a truck payment out of an atm. This needs fixed.

I'm done with chase I'll be taking my business elsewhere the customer service has gone downhill. Today the gal in the drivethrew totally did it for me, this place doesn't care about their customers and that's really too bad. I loved banking with chase but it's the only chase in my area so time to try someone else
