A week ago we took a battery into Autozone to be checked out was dead. The man who help us found the account with the battery on it. They charged it. In a couple of days it was dead again, so today 5.30.24 we went back in with it. They couldn't find the account, said we bought a battery in 2021 but not that one. The battery has a factory ship date of 2022. How could we've bought a battery in 2021 that they didn't have. The guy who waited on us couldn't answer he was rude and accused us of trying to get a free battery. I'll not shop there again.

Had to Search for K & N air filter cleaner and recharge kit myself.Saturday early afternoon.Shipment received and restock taking place at same time.I understand this is the new normal.Grew up with this paradigm being a latch key kid.

Went in for help with pulling codes and changing a headlight and Martha the manager is awesome! She took the time to help me out and also has amazing customer service! If you ever need help with your car Martha has you covered!

All the staff was very helpful, they tried everything possible to get me a battery for my car on the weekend at 730pm. These guys and gals will go above and beyond and i recommend them 100%

Lets be real. Where else are you going to get car parts? They have the best selection with the best price. The kids that work there even know a little bit, sometimes. They didn't have my part in stock but they got it there the next day to get me back on the road. Thank you Autozone kids, much appreciated.

I was the only customer in the store. Waited at front counter while 3 employees had personal conversation. When they were done talking one employee rudely helped me- half way through helping me, he walked off and helped a customer that had just walked in. Clearly the employee knew the customer walking in. What kind of employee helps a customer and then literally just walks off to help a buddy? Really rude. I’ll shop elsewhere.

I don't go in here very often, but every time I do these guys are always really helpful. They are quick and my problems always get solved. I can't recommend the AutoZone in East Wenatchee high enough.
