They lightly pastures their milk. This gives some of the benefits of raw milk while retaining some of the benefits of pasteurized milk. I think it's a great middle ground

I personally have never had any of their products but I wanted to share a picture from their past. It’s a 10 gallon steel milk can from 1938 . Looks as if it may of been their 499th 10 gallon tank full. Glad to see they are still in business but some how their product ended up in Tennessee.
