I had a priority package that was delivered Saturday. But this facility is closed so I wasn’t too concerned or worried about my mail knowing Monday is the next business day that they’ll be opened. My package had an estimated delivery time of 6pm today. Well it’s 6pm still no package… earlier in the day I’ve called 5x with no answer. Went to the location and the receptionist had an attitude stating that it’s already with a carrier.. I politely left just to wait it out. Here I am now still waiting. No PACKAGE! No UPDATES NO NOTHING! What’s the point of having a phone if you can’t pick it up. WHAT’S the point of having a job if you don’t want to work it to ensure best customer service and satisfaction. This location needs new management or needs to be shut down. It’s beyond me how I can’t get my package delivered when I’m in the neighborhood of the facility and my house is not even 5 minutes down the road. If possible I’ll give 0 stars.

Horrible customer service from the lady at the front desk very rude and always seems as if she is annoyed. Put in a priority mail order that got there on Saturday, it said it was going to be delivered on Monday and yet I still have yet to receive it at 6pm when my order again was PRIORITY mail this is the 3rd time they’ve messed up and made my package later then when it was supposed to be delivered.

The man at the counter was arrogant and rude. I asked what the timeframe would be to mail flat-rate vs. regular mail to an APO, AE address (basically, asking if there was a difference in delivery speed). He told me he didn't know. I mentioned that, typically, in my previous experience living/mailing overseas, post offices usually can give me a timeframe. He proceeded to assert his dominance by raising his voice at me, telling me he served 20 years in the military and that he didn't know the timeframe. He was really unhelpful. Oh well, I just took it as he just lacked the experience and knowledge in dealing with mail to APO, AE addresses. Otherwise, he would've had an answer because mail gets sent to those locations all the time. I realized I didn't want to deal with his rudeness and ignorance anymore, so I left and went to the post office at JBLM, but before I left, I did thank him for his service. At the JBLM post office location, it was night and day. I asked the same question and actually got an answer. The nice lady said flat-rate mail will get to APO, AE addresses between 6-10 days give or take. Simple. The guy at the Dupont location has a short fuse. Watch out!

We visited this post office to get our passports. Leon, the post master, was helpful, polite, friendly and has excellent customer service. We tried a few others but you could feel the level of stress and lack of politeness. Even hearing the other employee talking, she was so nice and patient. I really recommend this post office for both appointments and walk-ins like us.

Leon is the most knowledgeable employee I have ever came across as far as post offices. He's kind and great with children. He definitely deserves a raise.

I arrived early for my son's passport appointment, and Leon was incredibly helpful. I was stressing out about messing up the passport process, but Leon's assistance was so reassuring that I quickly relaxed. His attention to detail and excellent customer service skills were truly impressive, especially coming from someone who's worked in customer service for years. Huge thanks to Leon for being such a pleasure to deal with!

Thank you Brian for always calling me back and going out of your way to help. This is a lovely post office with convenient parking. I will say they seem to get an unfair amount of passport business which does hold up at least one line at all times. Not their fault but they could probably use a dedicated passport room if that were a thing the post office had. I was always in and out within a few minutes to mail a package and all of the employees were efficient and kind.

Typical rude USPS employees, despite being in a well kept neighborhood. Rude verbal tones and attitudes, loses packages and generally doesn't have a clue as to what documentation is necessary for any services. Also repeatedly misleading as each employee is not trained equally.

Had never shipped an overseas package before and the young lady behind the counter was very polite and helpful. Explained patiently what I needed to fill out and made sure the package was secure. Nice experiece.
