Words cannot express how much I can't stand this T-Mobile location. I've gone twice; the second time against my better judgement but I was like naw it'll be okay. First time I brought a new unlocked phone from target to add to my plan. After an hour and a half the employee "couldn't" get the physical sim or esim to "work" and told me to return it to target and buy it from them instead. He also pushed his music onto me; asking what streaming music service I use and asked me to look up his single. He was also browsing Facebook "dupont singles club" while "waiting" on whatever he was "trying" to get the phone to do. Another location was able to get the phone up and running with esim within MINUTES. My husband told me in hindsight he was just trying to make a sale to get me to get the phone from him. Second time we went to try and get information on what we needed to do to cancel our lines and get a "transfer pin" for new service. He said there was nothing he could do. Upon calling customer service it's a simple pin you can get from the tmobile app. How does this guy literally know nothing about phones and service? While working here? Best of luck on the music industry side or dating.

I want to shout out the incredible support that Jason H provided as we switched my parents over from Verizon. Due to the complexity of what we asked him to do, it took a couple of hours to get everything completed but he was patient throughout, easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable with every question we threw at him. We now have 2 voice lines and 1 MI line with devices set up and numbers successfully ported over. Thank you Jason!

The staff at this T-mobile offer poor customer service and are not particularly knowledgeable of their equipment to include flagship iPhone products (which is surprising considering the popularity and price associated with iPhones) During my visit the staff attempted to convince me to opt into services and plans that were more expensive and outside of the scope what I required. Additionally they had to ask, and we're unable to answer questions about my phone that are on the iPad that they use in T-mobile and that I would expect a cellphone employee to know regarding the products they are selling especially flagship models of phones. Additionally for whatever reason the store windows are boarded up as if it was recently vandalized. The location in Lacey offered a much better experience and actually saved me over $700. That fact alone will keep me out of the DuPont location for the foreseeable future.

I was with Google fi and I wanted transfer it to T mobile,but employer totaly messed up my phone number so I couldn't transfer it. I went to T&M and they give me new number because T mobile employer just blocked my number. But now I got a charged for the number that is blocked by T mobile. Useless employer,just ruin my old number so I have a new one and I'm being charged for something that I'm not using ?? Worst customer service and worse employer!!!

Came in and got set up with an internet box because I thought it would be a good idea to pay my internet and phone bills at the same time, with the same company. My internet wasn't working properly and after a long conversation with a tech on the help line they recommended that I take the device back so an rep can test it out and also check the Sim card. I brought it back to this store and the woman who was working there kept interrupting me as I was explaining the situation. I explained that a rep on the phone told me to bring it in for a new Sim card and she told me "they tell people that all the time but we don't do that and once you take the card out, the device is useless. You can't replace the Sim card" she also told me that I couldn't exchange the device unless I call 611 and cancel my account on the device first. So I called the line and the guy told me to never go to this store. He said that they are a 3rd party store and not an official corporate operation and won't do things that "real T Mobile" stores would do. He told me to go to the store at Sleater Kinney road and they would help me. Once I did, they gave me a new Sim card and now my device works like a charm. I'll never go back to this place again and feel sorry for the pretty young lady who just started there. Run, girl. RUN! Felicia, the store manager was very helpful the first time I went. Super nice. That other girl, though... another customer came in after me as I was waiting on the phone and she said "Welcome, what seems to be your issue today?" before the guy could even speak. She has horrible customer service.

I visited this location 3 times, trying to figure out the best course of action for a broken phone.They we're especially patient, helpful, and knowledgeable, not to mention fabulous personalities. I was frustrated and they were there to help and guide me back to being reconnected with the world again.

Just a shoutout to Jason, Felicia, and Taylor W for their patience with the difficulty of switching my phone over from another carrier. I had to go in there 4 times over a week to figure out what was going on, and every time I was in there, they were so kind to me and patient. They were determined to get to the bottom of it, and we eventually did! They all rock and I would absolutely trust them with my phone needs :) thanks guys!!!

Kris at TMobile was awesome. We transferred 5 lines from Verizon in a really complicated way, shipping new phones to my kids at college in other states. Kris took care of everything and made it so simple for us. Thank you so much!!

Very disappointed. Brought my phone in to be activated and the guy working tonight said he "couldn't activate my phone because it was already active someplace else." He told me to go home and call Sprint customer service. Sir, Sprint and T-Mobile merged, there are no more Sprint specific services! After calling T-Mobile customer service I got my phone activated. I will not return.

Don’t waste your time at this store. I actually feel bad for the new guy that is working there, he is still in training and We had a 3 phone upgrade that was complicated, he asked his coworker that has obviously been there for awhile and knew what she was doing to help and she refused to help since the people who came in 20 minutes after us had been waiting for a long time. When she refused to help we walked out.

Taylor is literally the most helpful person when it come to any service provider. Her knowledge and drive makes you walk out of the store with a smile. I dont know how else to describe such a hard worker. someone give her a raise!!

I went into this store to switch over from Verizon, and I ended up just staying at Verizon simply because of how bad the management and employees were acting despite the price being lower. They were bickering and honestly being quite rude to me and my wife. The experience made us so uncomfortable we left. They lost out on our sales.
