The people who work there are generally very polite and helpful. The problem is the manager Gui Castro who has to be one of the most toxic people I have ever met. He is beyond rude and disrespectful to drivers, office staff, and the guys on the dock. I have had the unfortunate luck to run into him on 3-4 pickups and he is a nasty little man. He clearly hates his job and the people he works with and treats everyone like we are all beneath him and talks down to people rudely. He is very short so avoid him if you can. The rest of the staff have always been wonderful to work with, I really feel sorry for them working under this jerk.

During a 8 hour shift on average I walk 12 to 14 miles in the warehouse...my record is 19 miles doing a 10 hour shift!!!

Entrance is from wharf road. Super nice staff. Fast loading. In and out 20 minutes. Wish every shipper be like that ??????

Entrance is not on Center Dr must keep going on Dupont-Stellacoom Rd then left at Whart Rd then immediately 1st left after bridge. Nice people fast loading. 3 hrs early was done within the hr.
