We recently changed our propane service to Sunshine Propane and have been very pleased with their work. Sunshine Propane impressed us as a very efficiently run, customer-oriented business. The office staff and their field service personnel are very professional, and communications relating to our account, both internally and with us, were excellent.
The recent work included replacing a propane range and the 124-gallon propane tank adjacent to the house. Paul and Rich came to our house for both jobs. They worked with us to coordinate the new range installation with the company delivering the range, did all the safety checks after installation, and happily answered our questions. They also advised us on preparing the old propane tank for the exchange. The exchange itself, which was a bit tricky because the location is very confined, went smoothly. They are very competent, and their attention to detail was impressive.

Thanks for always being competitive and responsive for propane services. Pacific Coast Energy really stands out. Called one competitor quoted above $3.50, and another provider offered the one time low ball deal to switch. Uggh! It is nice you are asking for the customer id, it reassures me to stay with you guys, being recognized for being existing customers. Also consistent, fair, and good prices. And of course great service!

Paul & Rich are geniuses. The pilot light on our very old gas fireplace went out again. I did not mess with things like that & called in the pros. These guys had it pulled apart & diagnosed & put back together in no time at all. They cleaned the glass, vacuumed the screen & surrounding areas & in short I never would have known they were here…except that my pilot light is on & the ceramic logs are arranged perfectly. These guys deserve a raise. They are so knowledgeable & proficient & they were just so nice. They bent over backwards to make sure everything was in good working order & that I was satisfied. Great job. Everything that we have ever needed from Sunshine Propane has been done with the utmost professionalism & knowledge. Good people from the one answering the phone to the ones doing the servicing. Amazing company.

When we discovered our propane for our house went empty we called after hours and spoke with Justin. He was very polite and kind and determined we did not need an emergency call out. The next day Erik arrived and filled our tank, destroyed cob webs, and restarted all of our appliances. He took time to explain the procedure to us and was very friendly and funny.
We’ve been customers over 7 years and love the business and their staff.

Managers, office staff, repair professionals, delivery crew, service, payment options are all first rate. Pacific Coast Propane has provided over the top help and delivery to us on our residential property. Safety concerns were approached quickly and solved with excellent results. Company came at end of day on a holiday weekend to throughly check our system. Thank you for prompt service and peace of mind!
