He immediately recognized my car and let me know that it had come in when I got back. He has amazing customer service and went above and beyond to take care of customer!! Great service!!!”

“I dont write 5 star reviews often, as my time on here is complaining about bad service. But I'm very happy I went here.A few days ago I decided to have them give my truck an oil change. I drove up and their IPad told them who I was based on my license plate. They greeted me, by my name, like I was a regular. The gal working here, idk if she is the manager, was very friendly and full of life. The others working here were friendly and provided refreshing customer service the whole way too.I'm what I would consider myself as an intermediate experienced mechanic, I've worked on my old Ram 1500 for years.I know a lot of the ins and outs of my truck. I'll do the oil change as it costs me $35 dollars to pick up some oil and do the change myself.But once in a blue moon I'll pay a bit more here if I sense an issue on my truck that I just cant figure out.Jiffylube is quick to find the issue and ask me questions on if I have any specific bad driving habits with my vehicle... which are true which has been the cause of said issue.They also informed me on my trucks issues I already knew about. If I went to the dealership they will flat out lie to me on thousands of dollars worth of other issues and parts they say need to be replaced which have already been taken care of by me.I've gone to this exact location for 20 years. Growing up my mom would get her car serviced here. Never had an issue with these guys once. The service is even better with their new iPad system they have. The only downside is my truck is so big they cant lift it to rotate tires along with the oil change which is fine. Its easy to do at home.Jiffylube mainly just recommends your specific cars maintenance routine and doesnt pressure you. Paying extra for an oil change with them was worth it.”

They were responsive and communicative and extremely helpful in explaining the damages/costs/and options when servicing my vehicle. It is difficult to find trustworthy mechanics when coming from out of state, but I immediately felt comfortable with their staff and knew that they were being honest with me. If you’re deciding who to trust with your vehicle, I 100% recommend Moose’s.”

“We use Classy Chassis for our business, and my last visit for an oil change was great! Was greeted by two young kids, it was during the freezing weather and they worked hard and quick!The car wash was down but it was weather related, overall this is a great choice for an oil change. Hope to get back to claim my free car wash.They also have an on site coffee place which is great as well.”
