“I want to shout out the incredible support that Jason H provided as we switched my parents over from Verizon. Due to the complexity of what we asked him to do, it took a couple of hours to get everything completed but he was patient throughout, easy to communicate with, and very knowledgeable with every question we threw at him. We now have 2 voice lines and 1 MI line with devices set up and numbers successfully ported over. Thank you Jason!”

“This place is okay . They really aren't as good with upgrades like they used to be . I think since they partnered with mobile the promotional deals have declined. Good customer service though. They really help alot of Mexican or foreign who want great service and speak bilingual for any customer that comes in”

“AT&T is the store. I go to the one in university place. The staff is so nice and patient. They treat all the customers the same. They always acknowledge you when you come in and also if you have to wait. I gave it a 5 because of the outstanding customer service they give.”

“I received an email from T-Mobile about upgrade options so was shopping at Costco and decided to check in and see what was available. So glad I did. Devan was not only helpful and kind, he has one of the best customer-first attitudes I've seen. He walked me through what would happen with the upgrade and made some other suggestions on products I might be interested in. While he was getting some information, Cam walked me through the process to receive my incentives. This is my second experience at the Costco T-Mobile kiosk and I'm hooked on their knowledge of their products and being willing to make sure I had all my questions answered before I left. If you're in the market for a new phone or other services, you need to stop by and see Devan!”

“I went to Verizon yesterday to pay off a phone bill and get a new phone. Kerry was the absolute best! She was kind, helpful, patient and understanding. She answered all my questions, even the repetitive ones and didn’t make me feel rushed or anything!
She was also very very thorough with all the work she was doing, and helped me find ways to really benefit from being a Verizon Wireless customer.

“Wonderful employees and a nice store when customers aren't throwing everything everywhere and stealing stuff. It seems like a lot of people don't realize that many of the employees in there are online store shoppers and do not need to help customers or jump through millions of hoops just to satisfy one customer. Employees with carts to take online orders have the main objective of fulfilling online orders on time, not you! These people work long hours and it seems like customers are the rudest and feel entitled to run them to the ground, and are doing their absolute best as HUMANS and employees to do their job and get paid.”

“This Target location is great, right at the Lakewood Town Center with many other places to shop, so very convenient. The staff is very helpful. The cashier I had today is a nice and delightful to talk to. They have a really great selection of trendy clothes and shoes with reasonable prices. I love Target Drive Up service. It helps me get my essentials quickly and easily. Usually my orders are ready less than 2 hours. I would recommend that everyone use their app to search and locate items at the store.”

“Go to this corporate store in Lakewood. I made a mistake and went to the franchise store located at 212 Garfield ST S#106, Tacoma. The franchise store did not set up my account accurately 2 years ago so each time I need to do a simple tasks it's a nightmare. AlexisJoy resolved my issue in a matter of minutes. I will definitely visit her in Sept to upgrade my 5 phone lines. It's an extra 15 minute drive but well worth to get top notch service!”
