The attitude was good. It was upbeat. What was not good was the layering job. My hair got curled without me being asked. When I got home and washed it, I noticed both sides were not even. I have grown my hair out for 5 years and now it is too short for the cut I want. The front layering is freaking me out because it is not even and isn't long enough for a pony tail, but is too long to be bangs.

I had scheduled an appointment with Tommy 2 weeks in advance and traveled nearly an hour to arrive on time. However, Tommy failed to show up. When I inquired with the staff about his whereabouts, they contacted him and he informed them that he had just woken up and would not be able to make it to our appointment. I was disappointed and frustrated by the lack of respect for my time and the inconvenience this caused me.

I have been going to Tommy for over 17 years and cannot imagine going to anyone else. He always gets me in for whatever I need: color, cut, and event hair-do's. He truly cares about his customers and always delivers excellent customer service. I have never been unsatisfied with my hair. He is honest with me with what is good idea or not and what will damage my hair with the many ideas I have come up with for new styles, colors, and trends. He has also supported myself and my family with our fundraising efforts for people with bleeding disorders to raise awareness for the Bleeding Disorder Foundation of Washington. He and his team truly go above and beyond for their customers! They are FAMILY!

My three year old daughter massively butchered her hair this summer, and Estella got us in the next day and did a fabulous job fixing it. I went back a few weeks later and had her cut my own hair and was very pleased. We will be back!

Can’t say enough how skilled Tommy is. He has been my hair dresser for almost 20 years! He is really taking the time to do his job. Very devoted. Can’t find any better hair dresser like Tommy!

Literally the only place I go in to get my haircut and I take my daughter there to get her hair cut and dyed. They also have threading which I love to get while waiting on my daughter. Easy to schedule and very friendly!

Idk. The experience wasn’t anything worth going back for. There are plenty of other salons outside of DuPont and I probably won’t be going back to this location

Got my haircut by a lady wearing a mask. Once she started talking, she was obviously very sick. She could barely talk. Fast forward a few days later and now I can barely talk and have a 102 degree temperature. If you are sick, dont come to work and infect all your customers!

5 stars all the way around for Shanelle! I started coming to see Shanelle after I was allergic to the products used at another salon. She took the time needed to listen to what I wanted and explained the best way to get there. I've seen her 3 times now, gone from a horribly grown out blonde/brunette look to the photo here. Each time she got me just as blonde as she said she would. She toned my hair to the exact color I desired and made sure to not damage my hair. Additionally, she is reasonably priced compared to my former salon. I really appreciate Shanelle and would highly recommend seeing her!
