Moved here a few weeks ago for a PCS from Ft. Benning. Immediately started trying out new gyms around the area looking for a family, yet serious, lifting community. Only two weeks in at BSCC and absolutely loving the programing, people, and atmosphere. First time I’ve experienced privatized/personal coaching like this. If your looking to Power Lift, Olympic Lift, XFit, or just general fitness - you’ll find something here.

this review is long overdue. I was extremely skeptical before joining this gym. I gave it a shot anyway. over the course of only a couple of months Robby, our coach and owner of BSCC, earned my complete respect. He is not only passionate about fitness, but Robby is passionate about people and how well they train, legitimately making your fitness goals HIS goals. At other gyms, I never felt as if I really mattered to them. I pay for my little monthly membership, I would go, I would do ok, but never had anyone there to push me. Robby and the other members of BSCC are there every. single. day. and he has earned every positive rating you see here. I HIGHLY recommend BSCC. Come work out with us. You will realize that you should have been a part of this family from the beginning.

My husband and I are both military and moved to DuPont about a month ago in order to be close to Fort Lewis. We immediately started looking for a local gym that would meet our needs and we were not disappointed in finding BSCC; what a gem! Roby is extremely knowledgeable and has an immense amount of experience making him an incredible coach. The programming is perfect as well-brutal but effective and always pushes the athletes.I highly recommend you check out BSCC, no matter what your fitness level is, you will not regret it!

Best place to work out and get in shape. They do crossfit type classes, Power Lifting and Olympic Lifting as well! Good group of people and the owner runs the gym personally! Give the owner a call and try this place out, you will not regret it :)

I will occasionally workout at BSCC when I visit my family in the Olympia area. The head coach (Roby) is extremely knowledgable and passionate about what he's doing. If you get the chance to participate in one of his conditioning classes, you'll be able to see how his athletes excel so quickly. I've been working out in a CrossFit gym for about 3 years now. The workouts are difficult, but I rarely finish one wanting to vomit. If I can recall correctly, Roby has made me want to vomit each time I've worked out with him (this is a good thing). If you're looking to get stronger and faster, this is the place to do it. BSCC is the definition of a home grown gym where you'll get results.
