Jen Green is the worst excuse for a lending officer that I can imagine. From her not returning phone calls, to her claiming she did not receive documents that were directly e-mailed to her from the Spanaway branch( Tax transcripts from 2019), then had us resend the forms she already had. At signing, she said we still had e-docs to sign, before the loan was complete. As it turned out, we HAD already e-signed those docs. She couldn't care less about my loan, or my commitments to the power company doing the work on my house. It took 2 months to complete a heloc???? Ms. Green had made it clear to us, that if we have any other lending needs, we'll look elsewhere! A.C.U. sucks for having her on staff!

I have been a long time customer of this credit union. I have had 2 auto loans as well as credit cards for over 13 years. I recently checked my account to find a negative balance. Upon calling I found out I have received several (dormant) fees for the account not being used. I have had an auto deposit on this account for several years where x amount of money goes in per month. Come to find out somewhere along the way it was canceled. (Not by me). So I have received 9 $20 fees since Feb. Never once was I notified on the inbox in the app or through mail. I contacted the DuPont branch and was told they could not do anything but their manager would look into it and call me back same day. It's been a week now and no phone call. Overall very poor customer service would not recommend anyone use this credit union.

I would give zero stars if I could. America's Credit Union (ACU) violated my privacy (as well as federal law) when I applied for membership with the credit union by pulling my credit report without my express authorization. When I spoke with one of their representatives (Leah) on 25Aug21 and inquired about membership requirements, savings and checking accounts, and the application process, she said NOTHING about pulling a credit report. When I applied for membership on 29Aug21, nothing in their web-based application process indicated that they would definitely pull a credit report without my explicit authorization. I DID NOT AUTHORIZE THEM TO OBTAIN A COPY OF MY CREDIT REPORT! I typically do not (and would not) because I do not such a hard inquiry to damage my credit score, which I have been trying to repair for months. Who would ever think that a financial institution would pull a credit report when one was not applying for credit (or insurance, or to rent a property)? After all, I was proposing to put money into the credit union, not get a loan! And, I have been a member of credit unions in the past (and, for three, still am), and none of them ever asked for a credit report. Today, 20Aug21, I learned that America's Credit Union had - in fact - obtained a copy of my credit report from Experian without my permission. The woman who initially told me, Connie, also told me that there was nothing she could do about the problem, but that she would have the Spanaway Branch Manager call me back. He, Zack, called me back, and when I complained about their violation of my privacy, he claimed that I authorized the credit pull (NOT TRUE; I never signed anything to that effect!) and he refused to reverse the inquiry with Experian when I asked him to do so. AVOID THESE CORPORATE CRIMINALS LIKE THE PLAGUE!

ACU Home Loan Center is a place to go to for a Home Equity Loan if you ever need one. Kaila Sweeney went above and beyond from day one to the day we received the loan. Ms Kaila is the best Loan Office I had the pleasure to work with. Ms Ruby at the Graham Branch and her crew took very good care of us when we finalized the Loan. Excellent folks, respectful and very friendly. Thank You.

I can't think of a better banking experience! I've had the opportunity to use multiple services including checking, moving accounts between owners and the investment services. Everyone has been incredibly helpful and friendly. I feel like this is my neighborhood bank and wish I had started banking here sooner.

My account was charged a total amount of $465.78 from fraudulent purchases. The transactions read as 17 separate charges with amounts no greater than $40.00 each. ACU decided to finally text me with, "FreeMsg ACU Cards: Unusual activity on Visa Credit Card ending in 2468. $37.78 at "XYZ Company", 877-7682594, OH. If authorized reply YES, if not reply NO. Or call 800-486-7057. To opt out, reply STOP," after the 10th fraudulent transaction. Really ACU!!! My hard earned $$$ was being stolen and ACU leisurely decided to inform me of my debit card transactions way after the fact. ACU needs vast improvement where security measures are concerned. And the icing on the cake was when I reported my fraudulent charges. I was refunded the $$$, but 5 days later the $$$ was taken from my account again. I called to inquire why. I was told the investigation results concluded that I spent the $$$. I attempted to explain the customer service agent that I have never shopped and never will at "XYZ Company". The end result was that nothing could be done on my end to get my $$$ back. So, I kindly thanked the customer service agent for being useless. Disconnected the call. Drove down to my local ACU and closed my accounts with them. I will take my business elsewhere to a trustworthy credit union.

My wife and I recently discovered that Americas Credit Union has been charging fraudulent fees to our account through fake insurance fraud. I have heard of many other members experiencing the same thing. It is sad what Americas Credit Union is doing to hard working Americans. Also during the Pandemic Flu crisis all they cared about was receiving their payments even though our own children were suffering and going without food , all they wanted was their money. We had no income for 2 months and was not paid by anyone and they threatened us with collections. What a sad way to treat the very people paying their bills. I will never do business with this corrupt Credit Union ever again. We plan to sue this Credit Union for fraudulent charges to our account.

These guys charged me 2,800$ dollars to my account for fraudulent charges. During the Pandemic Covid-19 Flu they also did not care about people losing their jobs , all they cared about was getting their payments. They were threatening me with collections even though I was furloughed and left with no job or income. This Credit Union is corrupt. Me and several members are filing a law suit against this fraudulent Credit Union.

I highly recommend business owners look into opening a business account with ACU instead of big name banks. I haven’t nothing but great experience. They helped me from starting my business to most recently deal with COVID-19 tremendously. Thank you, ACU.

I have always had the best experiences at this ACU location! Lidia and her team are quick to greet us and take care of my needs. I would highly recommend this location for your banking and business needs. The staff is very friendly and knowledgeable, and the Branch Manager, Lidia, is typically nearby to lend a helping hand.
