This bank discriminates against the poor and falsely advertises their ATM features. This ATM has the Quest logo but does not allow you to withdraw EBT cash due to the way the bank has configured it. Based off of conversations with tellers in the bank, this is intentional so they can stop the "wrong people" from coming to the bank. This is illegal actually and I'm reporting this to the government. Support EBT or remove the Quest logo from your ATMs -- this is a matter of federal law.

I’ve been coming to this branch for several years and even after I moved away for a bit continued to drive to this location because I preferred it over the branch closest to me. Victoria is amazing and goes out of her way to help her customers. I appreciated her great attitude and willingness to help tackle my problem and felt like I really mattered.

DO NOT PUT YOUR MONEY IN THIS SO CALLED BANK. I DISPUTE A CHARGE ON AN ONLINE PURCHASE AND THEY GO AHEAD AND APPROVE THE TRANSACTION,AFTER I FILE A CLAIM. I AM TAKING MY MONEY OUT AND FINDING A REAL BANK. THEY DON'T DESERVE 1 STAR , ZERO STARS.

I’ve been a Wells Fargo customer for almost 20 years and have visited local branches on many occasions. I’ve never had as much of a bad experience as I’ve had at this branch. If this was a one time occurrence I would not leave a 1 star review, however almost every time I’ve needed to open a bank account I’d never be able to walk-in and do so. Even if there aren’t any customers in the branch they still have me schedule an appointment. When I call the branch, they never pick up the phone as well

The worst experience ever!Working hard for my money but wasn't able to withdraw or deposit in to my account! Had to prove that I am working for it! And the most interesting thing was before I found was going on,,Wells Fargo at 3.30 in the morning emailed me that my account will be closed in 14 days!Well done! Of course I don't have millions in the account, wondering if it will be a different way of approaching ?I had friends who did had bad experience with Wells Fargo, now I do too!

I visited this branch on 5/27/2022. They were very friendly and helpful. While entering the bank, banker/clerk ask customers' name and what kind of service they need today. They respect customers and provide good services.

There is always a wait here in the lobby because they only have one checker working at a time. I've been here 4 times and every time has been a wait of over 1/2 hour.

Closed for "twenty or thirty minutes" in the middle of their already limited business hours. Waited. After they re-opened, five Wells Fargo employees are in view with only one working as a teller with a line of about a dozen people.Advice for any issue is "just use the app"

Love love love this bank! They are the sweetest and most helpful bank ever! Always polite and smiling and when you sit with the managers to get help with checking or your account, they are always so professional and personal! My mom banks there too and she loves them also!

This bank is slow and you should expect to wait 30 minutes to and hour in line till someone tells you "oh you need to see a banker for that" and wait another hour or two. Complete inconsiderate of people's time and will not make any extra attempts to help a customer out. I will not be returning to this bank again.

I've banked exclusively at this WF for the last 14 years or so. Henry, Anna, Vi, Ricky and Ellie are absolutely great. Excellent customer service and very friendly. Always a smile and greeting when I'm there. Sometimes the wait can be a tad slow, but they do their best to speed it along. A lot of customers do business transactions and they just aren't a quick process. Keep up the great work gang! Customer for life! Jason L.

I usually like coming to this bank and the people are great. That’s why they still get 4 stars...but today 3-2-19... I waited for almost 40 mins to make a deposit because they only had 2 tellers. Hire some people for the weekend. Cheap skates lol
