Frustrating when you are used to a blue collection box there but they removed it. You have to wait until the lobby opens. Google also hasn't been updated.

I've been dropping packages off for my business in the morning and the atmosphere here is always very friendly. Today I got help from a manager named Andre and I was extremely grateful! He suggested a package pickup service for my at home business and helped me get everything set up. He was also great with my two year old who was with me at the time. Highly recommend! :)

frequently send things of ALL shapes, sizes, & weights staff is super helpful, patients through the roof, and they get you through it. with a smile on some how ??♂️ oh and there's tons of wild life check it out.

Their is this rude samoa woman everyone should better watch out.i wanted to apply for a po box and she refuses and she was talking in a very rude manner she is not qualify for customer service at all if that's how she talks to customers.

No one is ever friendly here. I came in to just drop off a package. I needed one single piece of tape to secure the fold in tab. The lady behind the counter said "we don't give out tape", even an older woman in line said "she just needs a single piece of tape". I worked in an "essential" service for 5 years it's not hard to provide essential services while also caring for your customers. Do better!

People working there are really rude, The first issue iPad with my package was I called the post office as soon as it opened and told them that I would be coming to pick up my package the lady at first was super sweet super nice she told me it would be waiting right in the front for me to get it and there would be no issue as soon as I came in as a black woman all the sudden they don’t know who called I need an ID I couldn’t use my digital ID ECT so I’m telling them that the lady I was speaking to on the phone did not tell me that I needed my ID she just told me that it was waiting for me in the front and I can grab it whenever I’m ready while I’m trying to provide a digital ID they told me that they can’t except it but when my sister came in with an issue of the sudden they can take digital IDs? Whole time I was seeing people come in and pick up packages nobody had an ID but I was the only one that needed to ID I provided them with my name address package number I showed them that I called as soon as it opened and they still weren’t taking it until my sister came in with an issue. the second issue I had with them is I actually called today I called her a polite asking when would the next mailman come because I have no mailbox key off the bat the lady I was speaking to was super disrespectful I asked her about what time the mailman would be coming I didn’t hear her so I asked again and she says in a full attitude “I don’t know if you don’t understand or if you don’t hear me i HAVE to call the carriers “ when in reality I didn’t hear her say that overall everybody in there is super disrespectful

I moved here from North Seattle just over a year ago, and this place is 10 times friendlier, cleaner and enjoyable than my previous Seattle locations. Friendly staff who have consistently provided efficient service. Lines are hardly long and move quickly. Much appreciated.
