Honestly it's top tier, trucks and moving accessories aren't outdated raggedy and old.. rental rates on trucks and vans are not overpriced because of lack of trucks or vans, they always seem to have plenty and I have never been turned away because of a shortage. Moving comes with many challenges so if you like great customer service and up to date trucks vans moving accessories such as dollies with straps etc, I highly recommend you use Penske truck rentals, not going to throw shade at any companies in particular but will say Penske is the absolutely the best all around!”
