I have been using quality auto for years. I trust these guys and they are hard workers and they’re always kind and welcoming when I bring in my vehicle and when I pick it up. I highly recommend them and I have friends and family that use them as well.

I am very pleased with customer service. Eric listened to my concerns and was so patient with me as I explained everything that I was concerned about. He called me with what they found out and the costs. I asked him to check another problem and he said they would let me know. Also, he brought to my attention that I needed the break fluid changed. He gave me a quote for the two new issues.
I have brought my car to the shop several times and have always been happy with the service and the staff.
Thank you to Tao. She was very kind and went out of her way to help me.

Quick and friendly service. I love that they have a system where you can approve services and charges online, avoiding phone tag. I also really like that you can book online.

These guys are great.
I just left a shop I had been doing business with for the past seven years. They changed ownership and my last service they overcharged me signifiantly.
I found my new service shop. They get to the problem and fix it. They are fair with pricing.
