“I went to Mud Bay for the first time on 5-23-2024 located at 25649 104th Kent what a great experience.The employee Jamie G was fantastic!I originally went in to get turkey tendons for my kitties. A friend suggested it to help keep their teeth tarter-free.Ended up purchasing a great cat food called FUSSIE CAT FINE DINING the texture is called mousse, NULO FREESTYLE GRAIN FREE silky mousse style which my fur baby LOVES I was also excited to find a good raw diet called WILD COAST RAW FROZEN CAT FOOD it is farm-raised rabbit and pork.I prefer a raw diet for my cats but haven't found a truly good easy to use product so was excited to try this one.My fur kids loved all of Jamie's great suggestions and I was excited to find a new texture of canned cat food that my pinky girl LOVES !!!!!Thank you MUD BAY in Kent WE WILL BE BACK !!!!!”

“We all love our new doggyride novel bike trailer. We use it for two dogs, a miniature and a standard schnauzer. It's very stable, well-made, runs smoothly, lots of venting which the doggies love. They adapted very easily too! We attached a britch rack to our turis ebike and works great. Thanks for a great product that allows us to bike with our furry pals.The photo shows our miniature in the trailer, but both dogs fit fine together. They are 14 pounds and 35 pounds.”

“I took my dog, Luca, to Soggy Doggy for a bath recently. When I picked her up I was in awe over how good she looked. I could never have gotten her looking so good. Her groomer, Sarah, is an amazing, smart, helpful, friendly, caring young lady. She is the reason I will increase my dogs grooming sessions l. I can't wait to try out the water treadmill!!”

“My 8 year old dog, at the time, was experiencing vomiting after almost every meal. I struggled to keep weight on her, she was lethargic and I couldn't control the vomiting. She had been on kibble her whole life and after several different trial and errors, I was recommended Natural Pet Pantry. We started with the lightly cooked stew and slowly graduated to the raw food. Since switching (about 2 and a half years ago) my dog has only thrown up once or twice, compared to the almost daily bouts before. Her weight is amazing and she has so much more energy! We now regularly purchase the beef, duck or chicken raw food as well as the raw goats milk. I've personally spoke with the owner Jeff on several occasions and the passion he has for making quality food options for our pets is so evident. “Amazing pet store/groomers. We have in the past purchased items for our frenchie from food to shampoos and etc. Today I was originally going to call to see if they can take a walk in nail trimming and inquire about grooming services for a later time (I was fed up and done with our past groomers ). Not only they took in my dog day of for nail trimming but also made accommodations to get him groomed as well! They were so kind and knowledgeable with every question I had, I’m very cautious with my Frenchie and they made me feel safe and told me what is recommended and best for my dog which I loved! They communicated with me how he was and what extactly was used during drop off and pickup , they helped me book again to even save more money. BIG shout out to Katie! She did amazing on my Frenchie skin/coat. His paws are so soft, he looked and felt so amazing. First time I’ve ever felt that he was truly properly cared for and the work they did was truly worth every coin I spent. They had a fizz tab and other items that I haven’t seen other groomers offer/have for services + the pricing for what you get is really amazing. My frenchie came out smiling! It made my day how professional and kind they were with my dog and how they were able to recommend what’s actual best for my dog and not just try to up sell me like my last groomers.Also to the other groomer with the purple hair, thank you so much for checking us in! They both definitely deserve an award for the amazing customer service.Absolutely if you want an elevated, knowledgeable and gentle groomer who’s actually open and have custom packages for your dog please book! They have online coupons and punchcards to help you save more money on future purchases/services. Online account is so easy to rebook your services.”
“My dog ran away. Thankfully he was found and taken to the humane society. The crew took good care of my dog. The only bad thing was, I had to pay money and fees for pet insurance. Honestly kinda suck that I was forced to pay money to get my own pet back, but at least he was safe and I got him back safely.”
“Very pleased with this location we've been visiting them for a while, and they've never let us down. They always manage to make my dog Apollo look like a brand-new dog and smell fantastic for days! I'm not sure if this is because of his breed, but my dog stinks! I trust these groomers exclusively. (I used to bring his dad in Bandit; he was a really vicious dog, but they managed to trim his hair quite nicely and didn't fuss over my dog biting them.) “We are new to the neighbourhood and we just got a new dog and this place is walking distance so it really is convenient for us in the Highland Park area. We love the service and the selection on offer. We bought multiple items from the store, including: -- food for our dog [ they have a loyalty programs so you get the 10th bag of food free]. Also they have a wide selection of chew toys/dried raw hide items, & other accessories, including raincoats / outerwear / leashes / harnesses etc -- We bought the dog's beds there !The owner is super nice, super friendly, ... our dog really responds very well to him, to the store ... we love our visits/ experience there, each time.”
