WORST BRANCH EVER!!! The "manager" Becky, is a piece of work. One day it will be perfectly fine to get cash for my mother by cashing one of her checks and the next day Becky demands my very ill mother to pay a fee of $8 and throws the check back at me! She must have multiple personalities or something. I thought Karla was the only problem with this branch but now we have good ol' PSYCHO BECKY! I hate this branch!!!

What a piece of work this bank is ... 47 min to 1hr 10min hold time "promise" by BofA customer service number ... on a Monday morning ! Yet another example of irresponsible banking.

I'm so done with Bank of America..... I pay my bills using my debit card like I always do and they shut me down because they feel it Suspicious activity so I call them and tell them it's me and the say your good to go... I then go and pull out 300 dollars because my girlfriend and I were going out of town... with in an hour they shut me down again for pulling money out of my own ATM..... are you fricken kidding I have plenty of money in my account I have never done anything illegal but yet Bank Of America thinks they need to harass me... I'm so done with this pathetic bank......with everything I go through with this bank I wish I never opened an account with them......if your ever think about doing it, please run away and run away fast... I'm sure there's better banks out there and I'm shopping for them

Holy smokes. This branch is the worst, and I've been to dozens (act holder since 1990). Literally two people in the entire location and I'm just trying to change the PIN on a debit card. Told to sit and wait and someone will be with me in 10-15 minutes. That was 30 minutes ago. Why is there only 1 magical person at the entire branch who can update a PIN; how come the app can't do it? BofA seemingly loves technology -I'm looking at an ad for Zelle from Bank of America right in the waiting room to send money to friends and keep getting told to try the new Bank of America in-app assistant but nothing to change a PIN, I had to find the closest physical bank (driving 15 minutes out of my way) only to be told to wait another half an hour?! This is antique service; there's no reason why the same app i just used to transfer money and order a new debit card can't be used to reset a PIN with a confirmation code...or that I can't just do it on the phone vs driving to a physical location. So 30 minutes wasted for a round trip to the physical bank location plus another 30 minutes (and counting) wasted in an empty bank (which is closing in a few minutes) ...seems like great customer service to me. And I'm a platinum business member so this is as good as it gets.

Wow what poor service. Went in to close my account and made an appointment online. Was told I could have an indefinite wait so best to call them. What's the point of making an online appointment.

As many other reviewers have pointed out there is a VERY rude teller who ruins the entire banking experience. Her name is Karla (she has black hair and long fake nails). I have dealt with her twice and today's experience was horrible. I left the bank almost in tears. Unfortunately she is the manager (or so she said). I am giving 1 star because negative stars is not an option. If I was giving stars based on everyone except Karla I would probably rate this bank at 4.5 stars (Chris and Daniel, the other 2 tellers that I have dealt with are AMAZING gentlemen). But because of the exceptionally nasty teller named Karla I don't want to go there again... EVER!!!

Probably the worst branch I've ever been to. Yesterday I stopped by and I needed change for an event. First off, I personally bank with Bofa. I went thru the drive thru and I was waiting for a while. I've gotten change through the window before and a long wait is normal, I get it. It's Friday, it's the first, it's busy. When she finally came to the window, she wasn't friendly. I asked to make change and she said T-Mobile doesn't bank with bofa so I can't help you. I told her I was trying to take money out of my own personal account and she automatically assumed that it was for my job and told me they can't give rolls thru the window and I told her I didn't need rolls. She kept refusing to serve me and I drove off.

Rude people, especially one girl in particular. And 10$ fee for a check off my account!? She practically told me to f-off and go to Walmart next time cause it would be cheaper. Seriously?! I should be able to come to my own bank for that! She should not be working customer service.

Why would you have your drive-up banking "open" but no one working this area? My card always ends up being taken to the front for transactional purposes to make a credit card payment. I was just told it will "be a while" because there's people ahead of me. How??? I'm in the drive-thru line?! I've now been waiting 10 minutes with other people in line behind me. You may as well not have a drive-up option if there is no one stationed there to utilize the space.

Waited for 30+ minutes for a scheduled appointment. Seems like this particular branch is very unorganized. I noticed half the workers and clerks just talking and standing around and not providing any type of service. Not impressed.

First, I must preface this to say that I closed my Bank of America account after 25 years because they wanted to charge me a lot of money because I have a small business and I don't bring in the same amount of money I did when I worked a full time job. I still have a credit card with them that I am paying off and I sometimes go in and make my payment. With EVERY transaction, they try to sell me something. I get tired of it. Today, they had one teller in the entire bank and the drive up was "out of service" so I had to go in. The one teller felt the need to have drawn out conversations with each customer ahead of me, trying to sell each one of them something. If you want to chit chat and there is no one in line, feel free, but if there are people waiting, it is infuriating. I told the teller I was in a hurry and he still tried to tell me about one of their services. I will NEVER go into this branch again. I would rather mail in my payment and pay the postage than have to deal with these people. I would recommend any other bank than Bank of America in general and this branch specifically. As soon as I pay this card off, I am DONE!

Decent staff, there is one girl there that seems excessively rude. But the others are generally nice. But, my preference is another bank down the street mainly because of the better treatment.
