“I've been staying here for almost two weeks now and let me tell you all about this hotel top tier customer service. From the manager Tasha and her team they deserve an award for their great top tier customer service. Tasha and her team went above and beyond for me and my little family every time. Room is clean with your microwave, small fridge and your TV. It is closed to some grocery store and fast food places and they offer shuttle to the airport and back and lets not forget the amazing breakfast they serve. Tasha i wished there is something else I can do to show you how appreciative I am for your goodness and loved shown to me and mines but May God bless you and your amazing team ten fold. Thank you so much.”

“Gorgeous hotel! Great service and so nice and clean. The Market is great on the first floor serving Starbucks, pastries, sandwiches and snacks etc. The restaurant there was very nice and delicious. Great scenic views and lots of people watching. Easy walk over to The Landing for other food and easy location to Uber to and from downtown Seattle.”
“This hotel has nice spacious rooms , it’s clean and has a mini kitchen. Good location the pool and jacuzzi were nice . I would definitely stay here again the staff is so friendly I was checked in by Celeste she’s awesome and helpful great service all around ??!

“Stayed here to be close to airport in order to catch an early flight. I scored on close, literally across the street from the terminal. My main two criteria for a hotel is quiet and clean. The newly renamed Skybridge checked those boxes. The shower is 4 star. Parking for $30 is a bit unreasonable in my opinion. Remodeling for the Rebranding from Crown Plaza hasn't started yet. It will be fun to see how they will be able to transform this hotel into this century. Biggest complaint would be a very outdated TV which I am sure will be upgraded in the remodel. If you're booking this expecting a new Skybridge, your expectations will come up short. It does score 5 Stars for being quiet, I slept undisturbed and for that, I would stay here again”
“Our entire trip here was perfect! The front desk staff were kind, helpful, and welcoming. The location was great and close to everything! In addition, we felt safe and the room was very clean. The breakfast had a little something for everyone (fresh fruit, pancakes, juice, great coffee machine, cereal, yogurt, etc). A nice touch was coming back to our room and seeing fresh cookies by the kitchen area for people. The kids looked forward to this every night! The workout area is nice and clean. The pool and hot tub were a hit with the kids! Overall, we had a wonderful stay here and I would highly recommend for families!”

“New and modern hotel with nice interior design. Caters more to the business crowd. Only 10 min from the Sea-tac airport by car although sadly 40 mins by public transit. The room was very spacious and clean. The bed was comfortable and so was the pillow. Our stay came with a free breakfast at the restaurant downstairs, which was very decent. Price was reasonable. This hotel is very close to REI and the Westfield Mall. Note that this is far from downtown Seattle so plan accordingly.”

“We stayed one night prior to a flight out of Seattle. The location was great and just minutes from the airport. The rooms were clean and comfortable. The staff we interacted with were friendly and helpful. The rooms are dated but like I said they were clean and comfortable. Would recommend.”

“Beautiful historical property lovingly kept in amazing condition! We loved the location, the decor, the hand-painted murals, and the very comfortable bed and spacious room (we stayed in the suite). Breakfast was lovely as well, very tasty and filling, just know it’s served in the dining room “family style” so prepare to socialize a bit with fellow guests and the kind hosts. We would love to stay here again!”

“Typical Holiday Inn Express with typically high prices during High season for seattle. We like the location here near the Southcenter Mall where they have movies and restaurants galore. Deduct points for not having a hot tub here. Otherwise typical for what you'd find for about $200 a night less at other locations in the USA ,but we're not in other locations we're in Seattle in July.”

“Very clean hotel with paid parking (18.00 night). Rooms are very clean. Plan on a lot of street noise as this is on a main area. Good shuttle to and from airport. Room prices are high for area but for a short stay are ok.”

“This is a hidden GEM!! The property is on top of a hill with great views and the area is very quiet and decent. The room was clean, everything worked, great kitchenette that includes dishes and pots/pans. The bed was very comfortable, queen size w/ 4 pillows! Jaypee, Kelle, Debbie and all the staff are absolutely amazing and make you feel welcomed!”
“Right beside a huge mall with lots of stuff to do. The woman in the front belondia was superrr nice and making us feel welcome. Breakfast is good wifi and pool and gym. Overall amazing”

The Hotel was right off the freeway.

“Room comfortable and clean. Bed comfortable, bathroom spacious. Coffee simple to make and decent for a hotel room. Only drawback was the air conditioner -- room was freezing, and the a/c was unresponsive to the control panel (unable to shut off or adjust temperature).”

“For the first time in a while I actually felt like I was staying at a family members home. Not a hotel. As soon as I entered I was welcomed and accommodated to my family’s needs. I explained to them how we had just gotten in from traveling 9 hours and 30 minutes from Japan and how we have two corgis who are with us. immediately I was asked if a first floor room would be best for them. They loved on my two corgis and would always greet them whenever I took them out for their potty time, which is important to me when they do stay in a hotel with me or go anywhere with me. With our hotel room we entered and sadly there was an awful smell, it made me almost throw up. We decided to air out the room before we would talk to the reception. Sadly it didn’t work. I mentioned it to the gentleman at the front desk and without any hesitation he apologized and moved us into a new room. Before we moved he also allowed me to go to the new room to look and smell. He didn’t want my only experience with them to be a bad one and he succeeded. I loved how there was a nice area to walk my dogs and their grounds are absolutely beautiful with their trees. There are bins to throw our dogs poop away and some of the bins have bags for you just incase you forgot your own. I love how there where benches outside as well as we could enjoy the beautiful view.
Even with the experience of the first room we were placed in. Due to the vibes from the staff, making me feel like I was at home (which I’ve never really experienced when staying in a hotel.) how swift they were to fix the problem and the beautiful grounds. 5 stars is indeed needed. Efficiency, hospitality and quality. Thank you. Your hotel is saved in my phone for future layovers in the SEATAC area.”

“This motel is more of a extended stay there are people living her long term including the employees. It may not look beautiful but it comfortable. Everyone is nice but stay to themselves since the manager does not allow visitors. This is because she don't want her motel a drug spot. The owner/manager which are mother and son are very respectful and try and work with you they are very kind hearted you can tell but also have been taken advantage of so strict at the same time. Wonderful place to stay long term if needed!”

“No complaints. Amenities are not overly abundant but are perfectly adequate considering the great room rates. Examples include only 1 washer and dryer, 2 fitness machines, no alarm clock in room, limited vending machines, no elevator, front desk not attended 24/7 (have to dial a number for assistance). On the upside: rooms are clean, quiet, and functional, beds are comfortable, staff is friendly. Small sauna available. Very close to marina and lots of restaurants and retail stores.”
