Went here and the owner told me I was a boy and not a girl. (I’m a masculine presenting female) this normally wouldn’t bother me because i understand the misinterpretation but he was staring at my id (which is recent and with my short hair) and he still proceeded to question my gender.
I do not recommend this place to anyone. It’s not clean and besides their old vapes their prices are high. If you are lgbt DO NOT GO HERE.

They charged me $15 for a pack of cigarettes. It was not the right price for the cigarettes. They refuse to refund my money and the phone number that's on their sign is a bogus phone number. When you try to call it tells you that the number is not in service. I will never go back to the store again.

If I could give 0 stars I would. I’ve never dealt with such a blatant disregard of customers from a business at all. I used to buy 3-4 disposable vapes ($75-100+) per visit here since they usually have my favorite flavors and they’re close to my mom’s house. The older man has always helped me and he’s so unenthused and rude, as if I’m bothering him for purchasing from HIS business. About a month ago I had an issue with one where it wouldn't turn off and was leaking juice everywhere straight out of the box. I live about 35 minutes away so wasn't able to come back in for 2 weeks. When I did bring it in he told me it had been too long and if I had brought it in within a week he would have been able to help me. When I bought another of the same flavor during the same visit I had to go through 3 boxes because all of them had juice inside the bag. So he could see there was problems with them but still wouldn't do anything about the defective one! I stopped buying from here as much after that. Last week I bought 2 and one of them did the same thing where it wouldn't turn off (this one was a completely different flavor/version than the first). I brought it in earlier today, 5 days after purchasing it, and he told me he couldn't return or exchange it because the company wouldn't refund him. I asked him so the customer just has to eat it?? How does that make sense? He said nothing to that but said he could give me $3 off another. I was heated at this point because $3 off is a joke after paying $50 for 2 defective products. I did end up buying another because I needed one anyways, then AFTER I paid for it he told me if it doesn't work he won't be able to do anything because he already gave me $3 off. I’m almost positive it’s illegal to not issue a refund for defective products but I’m sure he doesn’t care since he obviously doesn’t care about customers. I will not be returning and if you value your money I would not give them a dime of it.
