I’ve been living at Chelsea by the bay for a year, in a newly 1 bedroom apartment and it’s been a positive experience. Management is quick to respond and I’ve always felt safe and comfortable in my home.

I've stayed here for over a year and have had no problems. I have nice neighbors, it's pretty quiet, and management has always been good to me. It's been a great experience here.

I live in a newly renovated two bedroom one bath apartment on the lower floor that has a walkout patio near the pool. The neighbors are very friendly And there is always a parking spot available in front of my home. My apartment comes equipped with its own stacking washer and dryer along with, all new kitchen appliances, including a dishwasher. The living room is so spacious that I was able to easily use all of my furnishings from a home that I moved here from. The primary bedroom accommodates a king size bed with end tables and room to spare. The on-site manager is always available if you have any questions and they also have a live in, Maintenance Manager that responds to any request made in a timely manner. The apartment complex is located only four minutes from the Marina, very large fishing pier, and several scenic trails to be explored within the waterpark.

The move in process was simple and fast with the help of Brandy Powers. Communication with her and the building technician (needed a minor repair upon move in) were clear and taken care of right away! I am happy with my choice to live here at Chelsea By the Bay

Wonderful place to live. The manager, Brandi, is very professional and has been amazing. She was very patient as I had many questions before moving in and was sure to answer them all thoroughly. She really put nerves at ease and helped with the transition of moving from out of state. Upon moving in, she has communicated very well and taken care of any needs that have come up. Thank you, Brandi for everything you’ve done for this wonderful community to live in!

It’s a breath of fresh air at Chelsea by the Bay since Brandi has been here! It’s really good to have a professional approach and follow through! The atmosphere here is sooo much better since she’s been Manager, and much appreciation for her care and concern for her tenants. The property has certainly seen a change for the better and I like being a tenant here!! Thank You Brandi for being here and making us feel welcome and happy!

We lived here for 5 years. We've been through 4 managers and they got progressively worse, the complex was getting worse. When we moved in, it was a quiet family friendly area. Clean. Management took care of our needs and responded quickly. Now nothing is getting fixed, communication is appalling, and there are empty beer bottles and other garbage strewn about the property. The garbage and recycling are constantly overflowing.I spent two months trying to get ahold of anyone in management, I was sent in circles to random people at different sites. Eventually the complex changed management companies and now I cannot reach anyone short of walking into the office, which is often locked.My advice, don't bother. They make you jump through too many hoops to get anything done.FWIW: I moved out in June and have not received my deposit or any communication.

Trash and recycling dumpsters are overflowing. No one has been in office recently. New managment company took over halfway through May and now I can't log in to pay rent even after email stating our loggin would not change. Getting random late charges even when paying on the 2nd of the month. Pool hasnt been cleaned since last year even though it was supposed to be open after memorial day. Emailed managment and no response.

Rent here if you'd like surprise charges added onto your rent casually without you being informed at all about it until you confront them first, to which they respond with treating you like you are clueless about procedures that were supposed to be completed on community management's side then disappear. The leasing office staff seem to always be "on break" and when I do get to speak with someone, it's always a different person who's telling me a different story or redirecting me to someone who is not even the property manager of this community. Maintenance has been wonderful in my ~2 years of being a resident here and always repaired things in a timely manner, but the leasing office is a mess. When you reach out, no one answers and I have a paper trail to prove that easily. My partner and I have already been approved for a higher quality community in a safer area, so I'm glad to say we'll be working on moving out soon.It really is a shame because the move in process was smooth and we really loved living here once upon a time. Not sure where Michael went, but when he left this community started going downhill too and management in the leasing office was always changing after that. I'm also not sure what happened to the fence by the leasing office but it's been about a month since that hole's been there. Come check it out when considering this place as your next place to live.

I had to pull my 5 star review down, I’ve been a resident at chelsea by the bay for the last 3 years!! And this apartments have drastically change when it comes to security wise, and cleanliness. Am beyond disappointed, if all this doesn’t change I don’t think I’ll be renewing my lease next year!

I have been living at this property since September 2021 and the overall quality has gone down hill drastically in the last year. There is a major lack of communication and transparency between not only management and residents, but management and the temp office workers as well. Such has led to my partner and I, who both have full-time careers in nursing and education, to have to take turns trying to get in contact with the right people just to extend our lease or address when we have been overcharged in the past few months. The buildings are also older, making them prone to mold and their smoke alarms going off at random times, so it isn't exactly a resort. There have been many positives to living here in the past, but we do not plan on extending our lease when we can get more for our money elsewhere now.Edit: Funny how the owner only addressed contacting maintenance like I haven’t done that already multiple times since living here and not the main issues like the recent lack of communication and transparency. That speaks volumes.
