Lived at these apartment complex for about 4 years and we lived the apartments and the staff. Super friendly never had complaints. Spacious bedrooms and very neat never had issues besides small maintenance stuff but other than that never had moldy windows or walls, bad smells, roach or bugs. Loved this place! Highly recommend!!

I have had continuous issues with Saddlebrook, Brant, Thrive or whomever is responsible for the complex. I waited over 2 months for my kitchen light to be repaired which is totally unacceptable. I am so disappointed with my entire residency!

I’ve had a few annoying neighbors with loud noise, but overall I’m happy with living here. The Mgt team (more over Jeff) has been responsive to my requests or concerns. The apartment size is more than adequate, I’ve never had problems with my vehicle being messed with. Parking is sometimes a struggle late at night, but I renewed my lease because I feel that this is a good quality place to live. I would recommend living here and especially with the upgrades that are coming.

New management, but still in this location horrible car situation and little to no security or cameras. Two other of my family lives here and all three of our cars got broken into and stolen, my fathers truck got broken into and all his work equipment got stolen. How about a gate for the entrance with a passcode needed to go in and out? Things take forever to get fixed or even looked at and prices just keep increasing for what? Will be moving out soon.

Well where do I even start, the first night I moved here my car got stolen the next morning I woke up it's barley been a year and I've had 2 vehicles been stolen from the parking lot 3 times, cars get broken into every night here There's no use in reporting anything to the office becuase management does nothing about the issue. I was told that there's security around here and I honestly don't see anybody patrolling. Rent just keeps going up, it's not even worth all this amount I'm paying for an area like this.

I do not recommend this apartments first of all they take forever to fix things I waited a year for them to come take a look at something, & sadly when I renewed my contract they never told me they were going to charge more than +$200 when I moved in the price was going to be 1600$ the most but after 2months it went up & now barely after a year it’s more then 2k it’s insane for 1 bedroom apartment on top of that there’s barely any parking don’t waste your time in moving here .

ABSOLUTELY NO parking spaces!!! and they’re not try to open or build more parking slots for residents. Lease increase crazily, takes forever (months) to fix things. Super difficult to call or contact the office. I called them 5 times and no one pick up the phone. From unit J to the back, there is less than 10 slots for 3 more units. Absolutely not worth to live here at all. I plan to move out after this lease. So DISAPPOINTED

It’s been taking forever to get things fixed. Even after repeated requests. It’s not in the maintenance men though, I think it’s management changes and whatnot. Also, rent is too expensive. No new or updated amenities in my apartment, yet I’m paying $100’s more.

My husband and I have been living here for a year and it is the BEST place we have ever been. The office staff has always been friendly, caring, welcoming, professional and considerate. I've only spoken with the manager a few times and every time she was very friendly and professional, she cares very much for the residents. We live in F building and have enjoyed the peaceful surroundings. Maintenance issues are taken care of immediately. It's so comforting knowing there is security at night and 24 hour maintenance that we can reach anytime. Our only complaint has been a neighbor above us left a dog unattended for 3 days and the poor animal was howling all day and night, when we reported it the issue was resolved right away. The rent is very reasonable for the quality of the living spaces they provide and amenities. Property grounds are very well kept and always clean, the scenery is quite lovely. I would highly recommend to anyone to choose Saddlebrook.Mindy♥️
