I always have had good service at the pharmacy. But if you have never been there, be aware that their pharmacy closes for lunch around 130 pm and reopens around 205 pm. As a result, there is always a line until around 230 or 3 pm. Their pharmacy even has weekend hours till about 530 pm. They also give you reminder calls when your prescription is ready for pickup. They usually can refill prescriptions in 10 to 20 minutes, but have to verify with your doctor's office if it is a new prescription, or if you are out of refills, or if you have not filled the prescription with CVS before. The cashiers at the front can be hit or miss, but I love the customer service from the gal who usually works there in the evening till close. As you might expect they are friendlier when things are slower.

The worst pharmacy in town. They close at 8 but don't get there at 745 because it's too late to verify a controlled rx. Bullshit! If you close at 8pm you should take ALL pharmacy orders upto 8pm. Even if that means you leave 20 min later. They ignored us for 5 min then they said oh you need to go to Rite Aid we close in 10 min and I can't help you said the asian famacist that should be banned for not providing the service she supposed to.

They have extremely low standards service at pharmacy locations their pharmacies are extremely unprofessional very rude I was using different Bartel pharmacy at des mines location 216 they wore very polite very professional great customer service I used that place for 10 years unfortunately they got close and we have to use this location which extremely rude poor service very disappointing.

The pharmacist at this location is inappropriate and steps past her roll as a pharmacist. I contacted customer service multiple times and no one has reached out to me.I will never use them again and am reporting this pharmacy to the state

The pharmacy staff is great. They have a lot of business but yesterday filled a Rx I seriously needed in a flash and I am so grateful to them.They took over the business from a Rite Aid down the street that increased their load.Know that they have a delivery option and in my case free. You can pay and have your prescriptions delivered without even leaving your home save for certain meds like controlled substances. They send texts when a prescription is ready and you can select this option there.The staff is friendly, competent, and will do their best to take care of your needs....great!

Horrible customer service. One of the worst convenience store experiences I've ever had. I would never recommend going to this crummy hell hole of a place. Replace the staff or close the building.

You should've stayed without the merger to Rite Aid, or as I refer to them as Left Harm. Your service and prescription order times have lagged far to much from when you were independent. You need to redefine yourself to at least perform like you did before the merger.

I think the staff in this store and pharmacy provide EXCEPTIONAL customer service. It's unfortunate that since the buyout the company has changed the quality and variety of products, but it's still better than the national chains. Before the buyout they were 5 stars in my mind.I don't think anyone should be leaving low ratings because of safety and loss prevention measures they've had to take to prevent theft. Those are due to changing challenges in the community and society in general.

i was looking at the lipgloss colors and some random women followed me and yelled at me for opening the lipgloss but i've seen so many people do it before, not to mention im only 14 and didn't know better, plus my mom wasn't with me at the time since she was getting a prescription and the women told me she was going to follow me if i didn't tell the workers what i did. i have bad anxiety so i did what she said ( i was also with my one year old baby brother and was scared something will happen to him) while she followed me i was too scared to pull my phone out and call my mom because again i'm black and didn't want her to make a ruckus or call the police on me. the workers didn't do anything i walked out of the store with my baby brother and was about to cry.i wish i didn't panic and told someone what happened but i'm only 14. the worker saw i was panicking and didn't do anything about it even after everything

Purchased an item realized it was the wrong item went to return or exchange —one minute I had my receipt and then it was missing — I was not able to do anything not even a store credit !!!! Will not be shopping here again , sorry to say, I really enjoyed supporting the smaller stores…

They are racist! They seen me looking around as I was doordashing and they didn't ask me if I needed help once!! They seen a white lady and they asked her if she needed help! When I was done checking out he handed me my bag didn't say thank you or anything after the purchase. There were 3 older white men cashier/employees. If it was for me making a purchase I would have left and never came back! The whole vibe and experience in the store was horrible!

If i could give it a negative review i would.First id like to say the gentleman named robert was super helpful and was great to me.I came to buy a quick pair of headphones since i forgot mine at home and just needed it to work out. A manager named drew was the first person i asked for help to direct me to the right aisle. Trusting the product (which i now know better), upon check out i selected no to paper receipt. I walked out trying to pair the device and realized its not turning on, went to my car and tried to charge it with the provided wire and no light, indicating that its faulty. I turned back around and went back in to ask for a replacement, i was barely gone 2 mins from the moment i walked out and the same manager Drew asked me for a receipt which i explained i didnt think i needed cuz i trusted the product. He refused to help me, didnt even offer if he could help me figure out a way to pair the device, NOTHING!! I was getting frustrated because he literally just saw me pay for the item, i offered to show the transaction on my card he said no, asked if i could speak to Robert who checked me out and he said no, i asked for a higher manager or a number i can contact about this and he said no. While having a smurk on his face. Technically i just got robbed. Tho i understand it was my responsibility for having my receipt but when i asked him where is the written policy that shows "no receipt no return", he told me its written on the receipt that i didnt get... i walked out of there frustrated and yes i called him an A**hole even tho he was worst than that, and he followed me outside while assisting ANOTHER customer to tell me im not allowed to come back. NO THANK you, i will never come back to that store and give them another penny. You dont need to tell me not to come back cuz why would i ever come back after an experience like that.A review like this wont matter, he still gets to keep his job and no additional customer service training will be given but this is the type of Manager this store have. He is in fact a manager who supposedly can handle situations like this but failed, and this is the type of worker they have presenting the store.
