Tai Nguyen was wonderful. Helped me open a new account and was very nice. His example of customer service and kindness made me want to be a part of Bank of America, he assisted in finding a location that was hiring and recommending me for the position.

I stood in line for over 24min people sitting in their offices doing nothing one teller for 16 people crazy this bank is going to ruin bank of america name I have been here for at least 27 years i no 788000.00 isnt that much to have in a bank but they are very snotty when they talk are anytime i will remove my accounts from this bank right now am 2 old to deal with rudeness their are only open 6 little hours a day people u deserved a full bank that will at least be nice to you.

This bank is slow AF. Book an appointment at 1pm but have to wait for almost an hour.

Really hate this bank's hours here. Not only are they closed on Saturdays now, but the 10am-4pm weekday hours are completely impractical and inconvenient, especially when you're someone that has to make frequent bank dealings several times a month that can only be done in person. On top of that, we had several times someone from the branch was going to call about personal accounts and next steps (literally had appointments and everything) and they've failed to call on numerous occasions. Open back on Saturdays again or extend your weekday hours. And make sure your personal bankers call the clients when they have a specific appointment to do so. Otherwise you're running things wrong.

Very bad customer service. The teller at the window raised his voice at me then was unwilling to tell me my balance. The are under staffed one teller with a long line.

My usual branch was closed so I had to drive to the Des Moines location. Beckie was walking around helping people in line that had simpler tasks that might not have needed a teller. It really sped things up. I appreciate her helping to speed things along to reduce wait time. Amazing service!

This bank has some serious problems! I go in to pay my bill once a month, luckily that's all I have to go in for, and it never fails, the gentleman that works as one of the tellers cannot stop talking, even though there is a long line. Last month he was chatting with a man about how he remodeled his home and used this tile contractor and that contractor and the customer was going on and on with him about what he had done to his home, mind you there is a long long line! Today he was chatting and chatting to a lady about her allergies and how he had allergies and what he did for his allergies and blah blah blah, mind you there is a long long line! A couple months ago I went in and the teller was literally hanging out of her shirt, her breasts that is! I almost wanted to ask her if she knew that her blouse was very low unbuttoned!. Again, I'm glad I only have to go in here once a month!

Peak times 130pm, and only one teller open. 10 people in line. Waited 22-25 minutes, my entire lunch break to make a simple withdrawal.
