They repaired the damage caused by hitting a deer. They took care of the back and forth with the insurance company. The repair looks great and it was a nice surprise to see they also detailed the inside of the truck.

Why travel to Spokane when you can get such good care here in Deer Park? In fact, if you live in Spokane, why not make the trip to Deer Park? It's well worth it. They made my van (that got rear ended, 2014 van) looked so good I didn't know if it was mine!
The customer service was very personal, very nice
The bag of Jelly Belly's and a clean and vacuumed vehicle was a nice surprise.
I recommend Precious Metal to anyone needing body work services.

I don't think it's possible to say enough good things about this auto shop. They were $2000 below Spokane shops (which are all overpriced) and the work they did was exceptional! In my many decades on this planet and an owner of a few trucks and cars that needed body repairs, I only wish I knew about this shop a long time ago.!
Go there! You won't regret it....

Jim was great - very thorough and professional. My car had small area of erosion of paint on right rear door with some early rust. He gave honest assessment that no way to get durable result in repairing that. Rather, needed new door. He was able to locate used door and repair few dents, followed by perfect paint job. Car looks great and costs were very reasonable. Highly recommended! Hal G.
