I want to preface this review by stating I do not typically post negative reviews for a business. I am aware not all have negative experiences or even the same expectations of service so I take it as a lesson learned and simply do not give that place my business in future. With that being said - In March of this year my adult daughter and I went to Parkway looking at a specific 2013 Dodge Ram 1500 Truck. My daughter test drove the truck with my husband as a passenger. Things looked okay though we were advised it likely needed a battery. We provided money down, and we purchased the truck. As they shared so we expected the engine light triggered for the battery. They replaced the battery and advised if we had any other issues within 30 days we should return. Within days the engine light was back on signifying an evap issue. When contacted the dealership either ignored calls, said it was not their problem, or reminded us we purchased as is despite being within the 30 day window. We did add a warranty and GAP coverage as well. We changed out multiple parts to try to correct this evap issue to no avail. We recently took it to Lithia for the evap issue and several recalls that had not been corrected as our warranty stated the evap system should be covered. Once Lithia's mechanic took a look he discovered over $12,000 of issues. Evap system needing a repair to a connector, the recalls, struts, CV Axel to the PU, transmission cooler line leak, and flushing fluids. The CV Axel issue means it is not safe to drive. This truck is worth about $8000. Parkway sold us a lemon. In less than 9 months this truck has been one expense after the next with absolutely 0 assistance from Parkway beyond the battery. I am disgusted. We moved to this area from a large city looking forward to being a part of a community that takes care of each other and I will admit Parkway has made me rethink things. I will never give them business again and honestly you shouldn't either.

Hard to believe customer service like this still exists out there. Professionalism with friendliness at its best. Would strongly recommend. Now get out there and travel!

By far the best car buying experience I've ever had-and I've had a lot! I've had a couple negative experiences in Spokane, so I wanted to get out of town a bit. Deer Park is away from the business, but still very convenient. Parkway has a lot of quality vehicles at prices that best Spokane. While I was there I overheard a couple that said they had just driven from Colorado. Marcus was informative, low pressure, respectful, and efficient. They do t drag out the process. They are always on top of each step, trying to avoid lag time. They have relationships with the local credit unions, which came in handy. The owner was also a good guy. When you decide on a car and price, you aren't carted away for some high stress, abusive push to purchase an extended warranted. I was offered it, declined, and that was that. Do yourself a favor and give Deer Park, Marcus, and Parkway your business. Or at least check out their Website before going somewhere in town.

While on a trip to Canada, I determined we needed a new battery for our Casita travel trailer. I called Parkway RV and spoke with Jeff, who said I could come in that morning and he would install the battery himself, if necessary (it wasn't).Jeff, Casey, and Dan got it done and we were on our way. These guys are friendly and helpful and know what they're doing.

DW was my salesman and he is the worst salesman I have dealt with in the 14 different cars I have owned. DW lied to me about the car being checked by a mechanic. When I checked with the sales manager Jim, I was told that a mechanic never looked at the car. I asked for an apology for being insulted and lied to and Jim basically told me to f off.

I was in communication with a guy named Nate for almost 2 weeks about a vehicle that I was really wanting to purchase, the only negative thing about it that he mentioned was that it was a FWD because normally those vehicles are AWD. I expressed to him about the troubles I've had with my current car the entire 7 years I've had it & was honestly scared of buying another car and going through the same situation Ive been in with mine & he assured me it'd be different. We finally got to the point where we looked around & that was our best option, so I let Nate know we'd come up and look at it. We get our baby and our older son all ready to go, get halfway to the dealership & he sends me a text saying "oh by the way, it's going to need a new windshield" I asked if that's something they were planning on replacing & he essentially said no, it's up to us to fix it. Haha WRONG. Not a single mention of this on their website, pictures didn't look like there was anything wrong with the windshield whatsoever, which leads me to believe that the breaking of the windshield happened on their lot & they were hoping that since we were already on our way, that we'd say screw it and buy the car anyways. We immediately turned around and went right back home. So unprofessional, all the reviews like mine should really really be carefully considered when going to this shit show of a "dealership" just don't waste your time!

**** helped us find what we were looking for and within our budget. Patiently answered our many questions and helped us navigate the process of buying a vehicle that we haven't had to do for a long time!

Went to buy a 2017 Nissan 370Z convertible today, but the Convertible Top didn't work!!!The car only has 3,745 miles on it. I asked them if they were going to fix it, they said," don't think so"!!!! That it cost to much to fix, like $14,000 they said. They are a multi millions dollar dealership and to cheap to fix it! I will never go back there & I recommend everyone also avoids this dealership!!! That staff was nice but who is going buy a convertible that dose not work?

We can’t thank David Erickson enough for the impeccable service he provided! My wife and I couldn’t be happier. Not once did we feel pressured into anything and we will happily refer our friends and family to see David at Parkway Auto Center! Highly recommended!!
