Wow what a great experence. I wish every dealership in the world went hear for training. I told the what I could do and they did not try and get me to do more. They understood my situation and made it work. There was no pressure or cohesion. Just good service and a easy day. Go hear first if you want a used car. The trade in price I got for the car was more hear than any other place offered. Also the car I got was in really good shape for the mileage and moreover well priced for the mileage. I felt like it was a win win.... have you ever felt that way at a dealership? Give them a chance at your business and you won't be sorry. I mean come on, have you ever wanted to write a good review after getting a car at a dealership. I'm in shock im hear doing it. Ask for nate if you want the experence I did. Just tell them what you want and and see if they can do it. Come hear for a stright forward experience and walk away happy. Also after you sign the paperwork put your hand out and shake there's. It felt like a real deal was struck.

I was interested in a Honda Accord that looked amazing. Great price, low miles, one owner, clean title, no accidents reported. It has been at the dealership for 190ish days and has dropped $1000 in price since then. I sent a message on 8/13 asking to test drive it 8/17. The sales associate Randy responded the next day, 8/14, asking to call me and that he will let me know when the Honda is ready to drive. We talked on the phone and Randy let me know that the vehicle is currently in the shop getting an "ABS sensor" fixed and that it will be at least a week before I can test drive it. I was not thrilled, but understood. I then messaged Randy again on 8/19 asking if the vehicle would be ready next weekend. Randy responded immediately that the car was "conveniently" ready to test drive in 15-20 minutes and that I can come that day or test drive it 8/20. I live in Moscow, ID and it is a 2 hour drive one way and I have to have plan for someone take me to buy a car. Randy said to check with him before I drove up on the weekend to verify if the car was still available. My friend who was taking me, can last minute at 3:00 pm on 8/20, now take me to the dealership. I notified Randy that I could now test drive the vehicle the afternoon of 8/20 and asking if it was still available. Randy stated that he was not working that day, but will let his coworker know to expect me. I was not going to be at the dealership until 5:00 pm. After driving 2 hours, we see the car and it looks great. Test drive it within the first 5 minutes of being there. At the beginning, the test drive is going good. I think the car needed an alignment, but those are not expensive. As I am driving it at low speeds, the brakes would rattle/vibrate/shake, making a "Brrrr" sound. Since they were 'fixing' the 'ABS sensor', I knew that the issue was not completely resolved and did not want to spend $15,000 for the anti-lock braking system to not work properly and cause potential damage and harm. I drove it back to the dealership and I notified the salesman of the issue. He had 'his guy' Shane drive the vehicle to see if he can figure out what was going on. Shane came back a few minutes later letting me know that he saw the same issue too, but only partially and only noticed it going at low speeds. He said that due to being 5:00 pm in the afternoon, he has no mechanics and the soonest it can get in the shop would be the next day 8/21. I let him know that will not work as I am not from the area and driving up there takes a lot of time out of mine and my friend's day. We were there for less than 30 minutes. I was very disappointed and felt that there was no effort to make sure the car was good for test driving or selling after fixing the 'ABS sensor'. On 8/21, I get a text from Randy stating, "Thanks for coming in yesterday. I see that they're looking at the brakes on the car. If those get repaired, are you interested in the car?" I then responded, "After my experience yesterday, driving several hours for a car that had not been properly test after being 'fixed', I am still interested, but would like to negotiate the price of the vehicle." Randy then responded, "Where did you drive from? It had a check engine light that needed a part. They did not look at the brakes. What price will you purchase the car at?" This was not the response I was looking for. No one from the dealership apologized and then the sales associate then proceeds to ask where I drove from as if that should make any difference. Then also tells me they did not work on the ABS sensor like he originally claimed. I know accountability and blameless apologies go a long way. I let Randy know it was a 4 hour drive and was told by him that they were fixing the ABS sensor and gave him my price. He responded "yep bit of a drive and can't give me a discount." I just spent a long while at Parkway to purchase a vehicle. Marcus was my guy referred by a mutual acquaintance. Well, I cant rave enough how amazing Marcus was helping me. He's a straight shooter. His manager and the financial gentleman were also so great. I felt like I was hanging with buddies. Thank all yall at Parkway for making my time so pleasant. Extra thank you to Marcus.

I walked in today hoping to trade in my vehicle. I walked out empty handed due to not being able to be financed (to no fault of anyone's but my own). I just didn't qualify at this time. I wanted to come on here and share that my experience with this dealership exceeded every expectation that I could have. Zach and Steven worked so hard to try to help me. They went above and beyond and made quite the effort to make me feel at ease each step of the way. I may not be in the right position to get the vehicle that I want currently, but I won't be going anywhere else in the future. Just great people and great business here at Parkway Auto Center. My wife and I worked with Marcus to purchase a vehicle and Marcus did a great job being polite and supportive of my inspection of the vehicle. Overall a good experience and wanted to give Marcus the credit for fostering a successful purchasing process. Vehicles sold as is are always a risk so you have to be diligent and weigh your risk and inspect what you are purchasing. Marcus worked with me on what we found and got the sale made.

The overall experience at Parkway Auto Center was marvelous. Everyone was pleasant and helpful. Marcus was fantastic and helped me and my family find a new car. He was patient with us, answered any questions we had, and was genuinely invested in helping us find what we were looking for!
