Yesterday 10/4/23 morning I came out to a dead battery. AAA was able to get me running so that I could get the battery replaced. I came to O'Reilly's in Deer Park to be helped by the manager Todd. He was great at getting me what I needed. He was nice enough to remove the old battery and installed the new battery for me. He also answered a few questions that I had and told me to come back when I'm ready and he would take care of additional things for me. I appreciate Todd for taking the time out of his day to take care of me and my car. He made sure I got back on the road. If you would like amazing, friendly and kind service go see Todd at this store.

It has car parts and accessories. It had parts the others guys didn't but sometimes the other guys have them and these guys don't. It's best to drive around all day checking them all out and comparing prices if they have the parts you need and if not have them call around to everywhere else to see who has them and when they will arrive, repeat this process for every different auto parts store until you eventually give up and drop your car off at a shop where you'll spend 4 times as much and at least 20 times longer which leads you back here searching for parts and doing it yourself.

The Deerpark O"Reilly"s is great every time I've gone in the people arr knowledgeable and helpful always going the extra Ile, one worker actually came to my mom's car and replaced the windshield washer we just bought! Thanks

When I was in a pinch and needed headlights for my car but had two sleeping kids in the back they were amazing and helped me get exactly what I needed without me having to even go into the store. Amazing customer service! Thank you so much!

I've been burned at this store by disrespectful employees and disrespectful sales tactics twice now. Never again...I will NEVER go back there again. Watch everything you buy there, they will not honor sale prices, and the lack of respect to hardworking customers cannot be excused!
